mark- come to bkk twice a year from nyc for last 15 years- I learned about your place on this sight- and always visit twice on each trip- my advice- you wont make it in manila as its too much like starting in new york- its all hidden and small- angeles city is fine but I only went there once- there isnt a nice hotel in the place and there is nothing else to do - talk about cheap- never again- the place is a dump-
pattaya- I know you dont see it- but I do- my trips are always 4 days bkk- 4 days pattaya- and then 4 more bkk- I like the soapys on soi 2 and 3 better than anything in bkk- and not because it is slightly cheaper- I stay at montien and marriott not because they are slightly cheaper than bkk- but they are great hotels- there are swinger parties in pattaya and the mood is right- the girls are there- your service is a steal- im going to london in january and you are lucky to get laid for 150 pounds (thats almost 300 dollars) for one girl-- not too many americans or europeans will balk at your prices----
now a word about amsterdam I saw mentioned- used to go there twice a year- the girls were all blond- blue eyed- and 50 guilders for 20 minutes ( less than 30 dollars- so I would get 2 sessions for 60 bucks- and you had gorgeous) - not like that any more- its now 50 euros- ( maybe 70 bucks) only certain areas have dutch girls- but there are swing clubs that bring in 4 girls on thurs night 4 gang bangs and other kinky stuff- its a very open place - there is also a full brothel in a town house on the single canal- but we are talking hundreds of dollars here- with champaign rip off etc- if you could even come close to what u do in bkk- id return to amsterdam and sure save a lot of time in the air- also amsterdam has great hotels- and a zillion great sights as opposed to AC's 0 sights --- mark- you run a good ship- I wish u well- think south- you have a brand known in thailand- not elsewhere except on this sight

This other way is done in the German FKK (s.b.) places and also in some Brazilian Sauna's. The basic idea or difference to Eden is the fact that there is a lot of action going on right in the public. Imagine a huge Spa type of place with one or more bar areas, some relaxing couch zones, a blue movie cinema and pool area etc.. All visitors have to undress and shower first and only wear a towel later, all girls are fully or semi naked and it's all like a big big sex party with flirting contacting chatting fondling and f***ing up to the real hard core action all taking place right there in the public or - if you prefer some intimacy at a certain point of arousal - in some of the adjacent private rooms which are part of the premises. It's common practice to close a deal after the non-binding (555) activities by giving/receiving a BBBJ and then go on however and wherever you want.
The good thing in these places is a) the relaxed socializing  and b) the common determination to go nasty in the public...

Entrance fee with no time limit: 60 Euro (yes, quite a bit of money but surely worth it yet for the eye candy and low key activities),
each pop (30 min. allowance, well this is Germany) : 50 Euro,
CIM or anal: additional 50 Euro
As far as I know, the girls are just there, they don't get paid and they don't pay. Oh wait, could be they even have to pay the same entrance fee, not sure about this...
Keep in mind that this is a German business model based on German costs and benefits.

hi marc was in bangkok late nov. said hello as was staying at world inn next door didn't make it to your place this time (got side tracked by 2 girls from beer garden) anyway i've been to angeles city 3 times (never manila it's a giant slum) a.c. is just a dusty little shithole with a handful of bars and just enough pretty girls to make it worthwhile for about a week I agree w/ another post that pattaya would be a far better choice I don't think the (cheap charlie crowd) would be a problem if you can offer what you have now I will be pattaya in march & would certainly visit a eden club there why not give it a try? if it doesn't work try else where

Marc :I also think that opening an Eden II in Pattaya would be a good idea, you will just have to be ready to let the new customers know about your prices as soon as they walk in exactly like you do now in Bangkok. This way the "cheap charlies" can walk out immediatly LOL. Anyway with the quality of services you offer there would be no lack of regular customers even in Pattaya.
With the large number of ladies in Pattaya it will be fairly easy to find your staff, but probably a lot of work to train them and make them follow the rules of Eden.
I think that you will need to find the proper person to take care of this and be ready to be there yourself regularly too. Maybe asking a few of your Bangkok girls to go and work there would help the process too...

I agree totally with Shads.
You may not receive much tourist custom, but the local expats would be there regularly to make up for it.
When a work colleague of mine who was a long term Pattaya resident first sampled Edens, he said 'If it wasn't for the journey to BKK, he'd never bother with go-go girls again !'
There has been a big increase in industrial work in Laem Chabang, Sriracha and Rayong over the last three years, which has partially accounted for the Pattaya property boom.
You could open a branch as a trial.

Got to say...I vastly prefer that you keep your operation here in Bangkok, Marc. I think that it depends on you to a great degree. You know the relationship that you have with your girls. It is a large part of your success, I believe.
I would say that I would prefer that Eden be relocated to a larger venue, one that incorporates couches, dim lighting, maybe some soft jazz.
Go ahead and sell drinks, maybe some light snacks. I know that I would drop in and have drinks, just to hang out with your girls, maybe have a little som tam thai, or moo manao, before heading upstairs for a 90 minute session. It would be nice to come back down and lounge around for an hour or two, and then go up for another session with another pair of girls. I can see an Eden Club II like this becoming my regular Sunday afternoon retreat.
Spend a little money on the decor of a new joint. Class it up a bit. No need to go whole hog. We are talking about a whorehouse, after all, and we should not lose sight of that. Just a little nice carpeting, some comfortable couches (large enough that two girls can sit with you side-by-side, and keep you company and tease the shit out of you before taking you upstairs), some dim spotlighting, some plants, and a few coffee tables.
Do what you can to attract more youthful, more conventionally pretty girls. I realize that this may be difficult, but I suspect that your own reputation as an excellent boss and papa-san, and generous profit-sharing with the girls, might make it feasible. By no means compromise on the service and core competence of the girls. Your girls are outright professionals, and I deeply appreciate the job that you have done in training them, and enforcing a standard of service that is unequalled anywhere else in Bangkok. And that is saying something. And do not think that I am casting aspersions at your girls. I fully realize that some of the older girls with you are seriously competent at their jobs, and bring expertise and experience to the job that results in a very high-quality session.
I would pay 20,000 baht a year to enjoy member status at such an establishment, particularly if it were open past 0100. Hell, open up at noon, and close at 0600. Work your girls on a split shift. If you really want to get smart, offer members access to a password protected secure website that permits us to view new girls, complete with pics and descriptions of their specialities, and the ability to reserve them ahead of time, or book them for take-out.
And by all means, find a venue that has rooms on the premises, and make them nice rooms. No need to have a jacuzzi in each room, but it would be nice if a few suites offered the option. I would really enjoy having a couple of your girls satisfy my every whim in a large garden tub.
Please do not misinterpret my comments as criticism of your current operation. Far from it. You know that I am a great fan of your establishment, and a frequent client. I would come more often, but work and other commitments limit my time.
Just dreaming out loud, my friend.
