Was attending 'Sunday School' at Brewerk's in Clarke quay when I ran into my old friend Peter at the bar. Peter is a divorced Singaporian who is pretty knowledgeable about the P4P scene in Singapore (that is why he is divorced). After a few beers and a couple games of pool I asked about a couple of FEDEX pilots that he had taken out for a 'good time' a few weeks earlier.
Now these pilots had specific requirements, no phillipinos, no thai (they travel there too often), they wanted chinese or vietnamese. Well Peter had a place in mind for them. I was invited to attend but I had a previous arrangement that night with a lady friend so I declined.
To make a short story shorter, Peter invited me to check this place out last night. After a short cab ride to the Joo Chiat Entertainment Complex he piles me out into a dark hallway, passes through one bar, and down another hallway to a relatively empty bar. It was early and I took Peter's advice to be paitent.
After a few minutes, several ladies appear from a back stair and two join Peter and I at a table. Mai La did not speak English very well but with my passable Mandairn we were able to communicate some. There was the usual hugging and stroking and before I knew it a half of an hour and a pitcher of beer passed.
At this time Mai La excused herself and I noticed that the Liverpool game was on and the bar quite full. There were also several more women (they seem to be in porportion to the number of guests in the bar). I also noticed that several customers were in full grope of the ladies sitting with them while watching the football game (the ladies stand in front of the guy who is sitting on a stool; she rubs his crotch and he grabs what ever he pleases).
Peter explained that the girls do this for tips, there is no set rate but it is expected that you give the girl 10 - 20 SGD at the end of the night depending on how much she pleased you. Additionally the girls are moving from table to table and in the course of the night you may have 4 or 5 girls visit you. Peter intorduced me to a vietnamese girl who was small busted but had eyes to die for. Also met several thai, chinese, and local girls.
Aside from the tips, ST was 100 SGD for the girl and 20 SGD for a room (2 hours rent) in the Astro Hotel. LT was 200 SGD whereever you wanted. I was actually hooked on a cute thai named Nin (8.5) who was begging me to take her to my condo that night (though I had to stay until she got off at 2AM).
Regrettably, Peter took an opportunity to jump on a bar stool to dance and ended up on the floor with a cut on his forehead and broken glasses. Needless to say I had his back and needed to take him home. Nin wanted me to stay but I gave her 20 SGD and took Peter to his condo, after which I went home myself.
A few points of interest about this place and the girls.
1) Most of the girls are stunners (nothing less than a 7.5), they are well dressed polite and will drink from your picther.
2) Though obviously experienced in their 'trade' they are not burnouts. They are in Singapore on Social Visas (2 Weeks) and are returned home at the end of the visa period. The owner (ex - Thai who owned a few BG bars in Bangkok) will not tolerate anyone overstaying and bringing the authorities down on him. The girls make 10 time more here in tips alone then they make at home so they want to come back. Therefore they will not 'offend' the customers and they really work to make you feel good (somewhat like a giesha bar or KTV in Tokyo).
This also means that there are always new girls each week as they appear to be on a 50/50 rotation.
3) The beer is $20 SGD per jug (3 pints) for Tiger during happy hour $26 for the rest of the time. This is cheap by Singapore Bar standards.
4) The clientelle is mainly locals of all stripes. Not too may Farang but I felt welcome there. Just keep in mind that this is 'a locals hangout' and respect that. Do not be too upset if the locals get better treatment than you (they have a track record, you do not). If you live here and show up regulary you will earn the 'locals' treatment.

Even Singaporeans can learn new things, and now I have a new place to try out...thanks for the info.
You mentioned that in the course of one night at least 3-4 girls will pass your way...does this translate to you tipping them each $20?

Sorry for the late reply, was in China last week.
You only have to tip the girls if you like them. I had 6 come by but only tipped 2 of them that were particulary attentive. It is really up to you to tip or not.
One of them, Mai La gave me a call last week, she is not in Singapore anymore but I will hook up with her next time I am in ShenZhen.

Has anyone else taken a girl or two longtime from here? sounds like a truely nice place to waste a few hundred, but as long as its 8s an 9s....where are the good stock in this island...? AND is the place near the hyatt, or is that an even better lerk to haunt downstairs?

No were near Hyatt, 15-20 minutes in a Taxi in Singapores East Coast or Joo Chiat area. I went looking for it one night as a curiosity but couldn't find it! No, your better off sticking to Hyatt downstairs or or OT which is a 5-7 minute walk from Hyatt!
