FLers in LA Cafe usually 1000-1500 for ST, even LT. Check the stomach before you take them, stretch marks and Jollibee burgers have an effect on the flippers. That said, there are some real cute ones in here and some real dogs too.
I've found they are better f***s than TGs, but more hassle.

Just got back from the Philippines and depending on ATM, I got either 10000 or 12000. Doesn't last too long even though Philippines is less expensive than BKK.

As HT said, 10k Peso's seems to now be the common max limit for most ATM's. There are Money Changers everywhere (give the airport ones a miss).
As for the best looking girls, Pegasus & Airforce One, then Burgos in Makati but you pay for the privilege. Bar fines in most of the Burgos Bars are 3k+ plus the Girl expect similar remuneration!

Jools used to be the best by far but on my last visit it was a shadow of itself! Bandito's & Dimples seemed to have the best selections! Mogambo has a bad rep for bill tampering!
