You call the girl's mobile phone to make an appointment to meet you at your hotel room. Almost all the girls under the category of Hotel Reservation are from mainland China who are in Hong Kong for a short stay to make a bit of money and they most likely only speak Mandarin. If you do not speak Mandarin, it would be difficult to tell her your hotel's name and room number. They generally cost HK$600 or more for one pop. However, they are usually younger (18-23) and some are 9's and 10's. Once in a while you can find girls of other nationalities in this category. As I am typing this post, I am staring at the picture of a Japanese girl on sex141 who is under this category and she is more beautiful then any Jp AV star. She is 20 years old, 5'7", 35D-24-35  , speaks Japanese & English. Her service cost HK$1300. I just came back from a two-week trip in Hong Kong. I wish I were back there now.

I tried this service on a recent trip to HK and after scanning the ladies available, selected one to call to the hotel. The call connected to a guy who spoke good English and took details of the girl and the hotel. He called back to confirm that I was who I said I was and that the girl was available and would be there in 20 mins. Price was as listed, plus 100HK$ for 'delivery'.
No English was spoken by the girl, who looked a little less attractive than her pictures but not bad and few words were needed. Stayed no more than an hour.
Efficient, if a little lacking in anything like a GFE. - May try and negotiate an all-night session next time.

Yes, Nathan Road. Plenty of cheap but clean hotels. But they are hiden away and you have to search for them. They aren't intended for the western tourist.
I always stay at the Fuji hotel whenever I am there on the way to Macau. Good service. Friendly. Comfortable and spotless. Rooms small but not cramped.

Had a japanese girl off of sex141.com back in... 2007, February. Had to travel out to Kowloon side, then phone the pimp from a street corner. He then directed me to the hotel where she was. I forget the price. She was definitely the girl in the photos, definitely japanese, but much less attractive. I paid for two shots = 2x the cost. Made her work for the money.
Not sure about the other girls, but definitely some photoshop cleanup work going on there, as to be expected.

Just came back from HK a few weeks ago. Used 141 4 different times. The first 3 times, the girls were completely different than the pictures on the web. The actual girls were ok and I decided to use their services. The 4th time, the girl was the actual girl from the web site. But the girl had such poor attitude that after I finished, I had to call the papasan back and complained to him about her. He did apologized and said that if I have problems with one of his girls again in the future that it would be free of charge.
I had used 141 a few years ago and had the girl I wanted come to my hotel room. She was the actual girl I requested and performed well.
The other problem I had this time was locating all of the different hotels the girls were located at. Took some time if you're not familiar with the local streets.
I still think 141 is a very service. But beware of the issues mentioned here.

Seems to range from $35 USD to $275 USD (or $1800 hong Kong)
If the girl in the expensive case is not same same that would be a problem.
