Try La Bamba disco in Wanchai (opposite Joe Bananas). I was there a couple of weekends ago and met a couple of TG freelancers from Bangkok. Ended up with both back at my hotel for LT, cost HK$1,000 (Baht 5,000) each. More expensive than Bangkok, but the going rate according to my Chinese friend.
There are other disco's in Wanchai but I can't remember the names. Most of the girls at these discos are Filipino maids but I understand there is a regular group of TG's on one month rotations looking for the extra earner.

I would suggest that you go Macau. Go to Hong Kong Macau Pier near Shan-Whan Station. Go to the ticket offices on the third floor, go to room 323 and purchase the package ticket (round trip boat and Thaibath) for Darling 1 for about $170 US. Not that cheap but Thail and Vietnamese girls there are some of the very best. They also of model girls for higher prices.
You want to go there between 7-10 pm to see the best selections - around 100+ girls. They also have some Chinese/Taiwanese and Russian girls there.
Darling 1 is walking distance from the Macau Hong Kong Peir just one street behind Yaohan Department. The whole trip should take you around 5-6 hrs. Darling 1 and the HK-Macau ferry are 24hrs operation.

While at Macau, you can also check out other bathhouses such as Darling 2,3 and New Fuji (basement of Lizboa hotel). If you want Chinese, you can go to any nightclubs or the basement of Lizboa hotel for streetwalkers. Basement girls are 600HK during weekday but services are usually bad. I do not recomend this unless you can speak Chinese.
Of course, if you don't want to go to Macau, take a subway and go to Mongkok in HK. Find any place near the Shanghai street with a neon lights (there are too many) The places are a bid dirty but girls are around 50USD. GIrls there are very average. Of course, there are lots of good nightclubs in HK but Macau is better in terms of quality and prices.

I agree with 69er. Go to Macau. Talked to my cousin in HK and he said the that is the place to go. You will find many asian females working there. But, one thing he said to be carefull of is the organized crime. So, do not stand out or piss anyone off. If there is a problem with the bill and it is not a large amount, just pay it.

ABC is right. You got to be careful when walking around the casinos and small allies. However, places like Darling 1 , and New Fuji, do good business and they charge the same prices for locals and all foreigners. People never get rib off there.

The real late night place is Strawberry's in Wanchai. Full of all sorts of whatever... Bar girls after work, freelancing thai girls, filipina's....etc. Sometimes it is packed after 3am (like a Thursday/Friday/Saturday).
The go-go bars are all a complete rip-off. Cost a fortune and not good. Some bars are thai others mostly filipina...
La Bamba can be interesting, but is mostly filipina maids with a fair share of working girls freelancing from thailand or philippines... (kinda down market though).

This is slightly o/t but, there is a BDSM place in HK called Fetish Fashion, a boutique with two dungeon spaces below. This will give you some general idea of what HK is like in terms of relative prices.
$900 HK/hr just for the playspace -- you are supposed to bring your own partner. This is about $150 US
Or they will introduce you to a Mistress who will charge you about $1400 HK an hour. $250 US.
Total $400 US an hour.
By comparison we charge 16,000 ($400 US) Baht for 12 hrs w/2 Dommes and throw in meals and drinks for gratis.
That's HK vs Bangkok in the BDSM scene and there's nothing else like it in SEA. (No HK is not SEA but...)
They do have better decor but we have better Dommes!

If you are looking for cheap and cheerful, you can head to Mong Kok. There are tons of brothels and the prices are quite reasonable. Just take the exit marked Portland street and walk down Portland. You will see quite a few places with blue, green and pink neon lights. The signs will all be in Chinese, although some will say massage in English. These are all short time operations and the prices are based upon what kind of gal you are looking for. Girls from mainland China are about HK$380 for a 45 minute session all in. I usually tip them based upon how good the service is. Thai and Philippinas are a bit cheaper and Russian are more expesive. Just find one and walk upstairs until you get to the door and ring the bell. Many of the places will not have staff that speak much English, although you can usually use sign language to express what you want. The places are divided into small rooms with a shower stall. They will show you to a room and tell you to wait while they round up some girls. This usually takes about 15 minutes. The one I usually go to usually will bring up two or three gals for you to pick your poison. Service varies, but is usally pretty good. I stopped in on Monday and had a very pretty gal from Chengdu. She was great fun and gave me an outstanding BBBJ, rim job and nice screw.
The papasans are normally quite friendly, but I would advise not getting out of line, as they are all triads.

Agree with Kevin....good and relatively cheap fun can be had in Mongkok area...not just Portland Street but also Shanghai Street and others connecting them. Police have been pretty active recently looking for illegal immigrants but as a customer there is no problem at all. The guys in these places are OK and although I think Kevin is right to advise not getting out of line with them, if you're not Chinese they probably won't cause any problems.....just be cool and remember you can reject at least one girl they bring and probably two before it's likely to cause any problems at all.
Agree with other posters about bars in Wanchai - stay away from the old-style girlie bars......one lady drink pays for a night out in BKK!!!!!! (well almost)
