I noted that there is not too much written about the P4P scene in China. Yes we have seen excellent FR’s from some of the members but they mainly concentrate to one city in particular and in this post I would like to talk about the scene in general, and hopefully give some advice for future visitors.
Is their a P4P scene in China? The answer is yes, there is a good scene in all cities, although you can not compare it with BKK. I live now 7 years in China and never had any problems in finding girls, the question is where. Please be aware that P4P is illegal in China so use your discretion. At the other hand in case that there is a police raid (very unlikely) you as a foreigner will probably be sent on your way immediately without a fuss. I am not aware that a foreigner was ever in problem with the police apart from several 100 Japanese fellows whom where having a mass orgy in the south.
There are a lot of places where you can find the girls who are willing to spend some time with you.
The Massage parlors, in all cities you will find parlors and in my experience if they look a little bit scruffy then you are likely to find some willing girls inside. The quality is generally not so high and prices vary between 100 and 200 rmb. In most cases the sex is not going further then hand or blow job. The girls can not speak English and you have to communicate with sign languish, but it is possible to organize thinks.
The whorehouses, it is very difficult to find these houses but in most cities they will have them. The best thing is to have a native of the city with you and he might know the places. These places work a bit like a fishbowl and the girl’s line up and you take you pick. Most of the time you will first go to a Karaoke style room and after the preliminaries to a room upstairs. Prices here are generally around 300 to 400 rmb for short time 1 to 2 hours (600 rmb for 2 girls), but of good quality sex which include shower, body licking, rimming, BBBJ, hot/cold water treatment and straight sex. The quality of the girls varies tremendously, but then again you can pick your girl. I personally had on occasions real stunners and they preformed very well. Most of the girls in these places are trained professionals and if you come back the next time and take a new girl then you likely will get exactly the same treatment as the time before. You even might be lucky that the girl speaks a bit English.
The Karaoke bars, you can find these bar’s everywhere and you do not need a native with you. You pick the girl and proceed to the Karaoke room. Now comes the problem as in some places the girls are only interested in keeping you company and a little fumbling is the only thing you get. In some other places it will be possible to take the girl to an onsite room or back to your hotel. In all cases you will start with some drinks, songs and communicate with the girl and then you will soon find out what is possible or not. The prices for a karaoke room including girl vary tremendously and sometimes they include free beers and softdrinks plus some little snacks. If you want to do more with the girl then it becomes a negotiation thing with the girls or mamasan. Karaoke bar rooms might cost you between 200 and 800 rmb. A girl for P4P might be somewhere between 300 and 800 rmb LT, all depending on the city and the quality of the Karaoke bar and the girl. Quality of the girls varies but some might speak modest English.
The Lady bars/Expat bars, these bars are hard to find and you need the advice from a native or expat. In these bars are normally between 5 and 15 girls hanging around the bar waiting for foreigners to come. Generally these places are hangouts for the local expats and hence all the girls will speak English. The girls are very easy to approach and you will not have any problems here. In China there is no barfine but the bar owner might tell the girl that she only can leave after a certain time, maybe even after closing time. The girls in these bars are of good quality and they will ask for a healthy fee for their services. Prices are between 400 and 800 rmb for LT in your hotel.
Other bars, yes it is possible to pick-up girls in bars that are frequented by the local Chinese. However be careful, here not all the girls you see are interested in meeting you or have sex with you. Also Chinese men can become very quickly jealous and you want to avoid a bar brawl with some 50 Chinese against your good person. Also avoid bars where you see Chinese men whom are already drunk, they like to challenge foreigners, just pay you bill and walk-out and no harm will come to you. In places like Hard Rock café and the likes there are always girls for pick-up but here the prices are generally very high and be not surprised to pay 800 till 1000 rmb. The same is for hotel bars, good girls but expensive.
Mostly I do not pay more then 400 rmb and max 600 rmb, I also have the added benefit that I speak a little bit Chinese and that helps in making the contacts and discuss price.
The above is a general guide based on my personal experience and is not specific for a city or region. Please bear in mind that in the very large cities in China the P4P scene is more expensive then in the smaller cites. I know that some of the brothers on this forum live in China and they maybe can elaborate or, in a positive way, criticize this post.

that's right.lots of information on wsg forum. Unfortunately they seem to have too many applications and cannot handle them all. So forget the idea of registering in order to post.
If any of you has recomandations about girl friendly hotels in beijing (where's my post gone ???).
It seems that it's easier to bring a foreigner girl than a chinese girl in hotel (many mongolians in beijing, is it related ?)

From analysis of wsg forum
It seems that hotels near Traders are girl-friendly,
It seems that 3-star hotels should be GF
It seems that hotels with massage, KTV and disco have a higher probability to be GF
It seems that it may change from time to time....
It seems that some political events such as people's congress or whatever induce more police pressure and temporary less GF policies
