Don't get me wrong, architecturally and artistically Angkor Wat and its nearby temples are impressive.
But the condition these temples were in I was dissapointed with. I understand the temples have suffered repeated invasions, but they look like they have been neglected for a very long time and only recently attempts have been made in restoring some of these temples. I guess I just expected more.
By the way did anyone ever visit the landmine museum and see the small monkey tied up under a house gratifying itself with its feet, everytime somebody walked up close to it. Me friend and I considered this one of the top 3 highlights of our trip.

Not quite sure about the airport. But I can recall riding past a small zoo on my right.
The monkey was under a house on the right hand side a few metres from the enterance of the Land Mine Museum in Siam Reap.
If anybody does see it again give the little flogger heaps, watch him go bananas. You will laugh so hard your stomach will cramp up.
I actually went back twice just for a laugh. Is that bad?

I am quite suprised to see the reports on km11.com.... First of all, how can make some advert about K11 in Cambodia !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is such a sh...y place, very dirty with underage girls..... nothing to take there (Fyi, I am in Cambodia for over 8 years, not working for any NGO and I enjoy PP nightlife as well  ) K11 is the worst thing you can imagine and should be closed immediatly; this is really a shame... as you may know, this place is "managed" by officials... the same officials that ask the international community to help Cambodia to fight against poverty, slavery and Aids... This is a just a good example of the Cambodia dilemma...
guy4525, you took time for all your FR, congratulations. In general, I do not agree with your prices. You are far too high !!!!!!! Example : for XO, you mention "Girls are $70 to $100 a night" ?!?!??! WOW !!!! I never paid such a high price, I really do not understand as I am a "Barang" and you are a "Cambodian"

Hmmmmmmm how to compare XO and 99... XO may be cleaner, higher class and chicks with better attitude. Also similar to 99 is Mega KTV...
On Week-Ends, better to arrive soon, 8PM latest if you want to have good choice.
Other important important for these 3 places : they are more Asian people oriented. I am one of the few westerner in these places and it is sometime difficult for me to get the best chicks... westerners usually pay to have a "One Stop Shopping" service while asian guys pay for the Show... Be aware !
By the way, my choice to XO chicks
