Bub, you should have said something at the time. My impression has always been that management there would always listen to you and at least check out such a complaint.
It's not a place known for being a rip-off joint. There was one time there when after a few too many drinks l mistakenly gave a girl a much larger tip than l intended, and believe it or not she actually pointed it out to me as she knew the tip wasn't right, just for chatting to me for 10 minutes.

Could be just coincedince but I was in there two trips back and the same thing happened.
The guy complianed but they have a cashier right these are normally smarter than your average bg. Of course mistakes can happen but always safer to check the change especially earlier in the night when your not too tankt up.
