while I do get to travel to BKK at least once per week, most times I head home in the afternoon.

It is interesting your experiance at AW mirror's my two there! Both times had to negotiate Long Time as they wanted ST's! Both times made up excuses and left after mid time! Both took less than the agreed amount after leaving early. Good performances but poor attitudes! You pay your money and you take your chance.
