I think RB 1-3 are all hit and miss daily, There are beauties in all of them at certain times. R1 had 4 of them two weeks ago I was debating about, last night not a one.
Pattaya is getting ridiculious, they are now at $600 barfines almost everywhere and the range was closer to 2k than 1.5 k on most recent visit. ugh!
