He's a nice guy RTB,, and your correct saying he would not be in business so long without the correct reactions toward problems.
The guy was super friendly to me, and the gals there although not 9's where excellent company.
The manager immediately impressed me as the type of guy that would listen to and solve any problem that occured. An Asian copy of RTB ?????

I can't confirm this first hand because I have not been back to the bar yet but one of the girls I have known for a long time tells me the thief was rehired shortly after I left to return home. Beware.

I know this skinny girl who stole the phone of a BTF bro some years ago. The theft had huge consequences for her and she probably understood that stealing doesn't pay off for a bargirl. You have to work in a bank or be a Fond Manager or something to make stealing a successful business model.
I saw her more or less frequently for 2 years and she has never been a thread to my personal belongings other than my condom supplies, my semen reservoir, my sleep etc...
"Once a thief always a thief" is as good as "There's always a first time..." it's a general rule and not meant to say much about particular people...
Hey, I stole some things when I was young... I never did it again ever since... And many of *them* are are pretty young, aren't they

Always found the staff at Tina's very honest, so this is a rarity I think.
I was regular there for years, but give it a miss now (just moved on). I used to leave all sorts of valuables there for safekeeping, and I was sloppy with my stuff like phone, wallet, camera, shopping... never knocked
off, never a problem.
As is well known they are heavy on the ladee-drinks, and my bills have shocked me at times but I think they are ok.
The boss, well he is ok too, but beware his little trick of buying you a beer, just as you are about to leave....you then usually stay for 3-4 more, and he knows it. Always wondered if the ones he bought me ended up on my bill - I will never know because I was always so pissed.
Known him since 2003, he is ok as far as these guys go.
The girls were closer to the mamasan, but she hasn't been there for years, I have heard "Boss...he shit man" occasionally from the girls, but they didn't elaborate.

I now have it confirmed from a source that I trust that the young lady is back. She is cute and brings in a lot of drink money. Maybe she has seen the error of her ways.......I'll let you find out, me, I think I will party with others. As LiamOz says, my experience with these girls up until this event has always been trustworthy. They all realize they only lose if they steal. I will probably still go to the bar because of friends there but will avoid the girl and recognize that the very short firing of the young lady in question was but for show. I will also make my view clear to the manager.
