Harold look.. The point is that we are in the same business as you, but try to play it in a way which gives us not only the GF attitude but a sense that we are nice to them. Take a look at the hooker industry back home, Would you get near it ? If you do I dont understand why your in Thailand. Only for the f***?
Being nice to them breaks the hooker / John relationship and that means opening up your pocket sometimes if shes worth it.

i know the going rates! still sometimes it pays to overpay for the girls you wanna see again. at least that gives you some sort of exclusivity as the girls will rather opt for me and my wallet if they can and not for somebody else!

Quote and accept are 2 different things. I do not always let my gonads lead the way. You said it yourself 150 girls in 1 bar, multiply that by how many bars?
What are the odds of finding another?
It is all about personality portrayal and technique.
I do my rounds from one bar to the others I like. I chat a bit, I ask for price. Price too high, I move on (saying I might be back). I may joke about a high quote (but never say she is not worth it).
Basicaly make her laugh if possible, while she understands she is shooting too high.
If 1 tickles my fancy, I come back awhile later. If still available I negotiate further.
Most will accept 1500 with mention of tip IF she takes good care of me. (which I oblige if she does)
That is just some of the strategies I use to avoid raising the rate par and keep them working hard for their earned $$.
If she is a starfish, I do not tip (pointless I won't take her again).
My arousal is not solely based on looks, it has to be combined with good character, pleasant spirit and low whining.
It is all a game to me, It is fun and those are the prices I pay.
