I think the comment about MIB is correct concerning them being generally helpful. IMO, the fact that there were some "unfriendly"exchanges including physical ones, could have led the MIB to be more "local" sympathetic.
I understand the feeling of 'extortion' but T.I.T. and that is a daily way of life. Yes, Cherry usually works upstairs but the description posted made me think it was her anyway.
The great thing is..... there are plenty of other tittie bars around in the event TA never wants to return to Baccara!!!

G'Day, mates!
One of the girls informed me I could have the hat back, for a price. I didn't ask the price since I wasn't going to pay. It was the mamasan who sent the thief home early and, I think in all probability, she hatched the idea in the first place.
I don't feel I 'physically assulted' her, it was just a slight push, with one hand, for effect. I regret having touched her at all, but I don't regret having called her a 'bitch', especially in front of her staff.
I have no plans to ever return to Baccara, it's not my intention to go looking for trouble. There are plenty of better bars, that charge less than 150 baht/drink, and I haven't bar fined a girl from there for a long time, because I found they all seemed to have bad attitudes and asked for too much.
I think the duck must have fallen off the blumin' wagon. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going out for some pussy.

Went to Baccara last night. Can't see why this bar is highly rated at all - the Japanese can have it as far as I'm concerned. No real talent there that I could see and at least one really bad boob job (they're pointing all over the place).
