New kid on the block. The Citadine chain (until recent only in Soi 16) has had a new opening recently in Soi 8 (deep into the Soi again, but Soi 8 is much nicer than my former stay in Soi 2, as we all know  ) Rooms are smaller but with clever and highly functional layout and all in the Citadine CI design with nice furnishing a little more on the high-tech side (movable wall-mounted TV, desk, several adjustable lights, free LAN Internet, WiFi available) than Asia Boutique style (they have a couch though, where Aspen didn’t have one). I enjoyed a promotional rate of about 1700 B/n. Will be like 2200 soon. There’s another Citadine to come in a couple of weeks on Soi 11 which is even better than Soi 8. Needless to say: all Citadine completely g/f

I stayed in the one on Soi 16 for a night, it was nice. The only complaint I had was that the air-con blew directly onto the bed. I was told most of the units are like that in the Soi 16 property.
When you look at the amenities, the Soi 11 and Soi 23 properties also list a swimming pool. This might be worth checking out on the next trip, or if someone there stays there, please let me know what the pool is like.
The Soi 11 and Soi 23 properties don't look like they are too far down the Soi. The Soi 23 one looks like it is just a short walk from Soi Cowboy. It would be shorter to walk through Soi Cowboy to get to the subway, but I'd never make it home in the evening, I would have to stop for a beer somewhere along the way.

I walked past the Soi 11 hotel a few weeks ago. Located between Villa Market and Bed Supperclub.
Remember thinking this was a nice location and should consider it for next trip.

Normally stay at the Swiss Park but this is getting very tired. How far down Soi 11 is this hotel as have never gone past the Swiss and am looking for another place. Thanks. Koala

It's pretty deep into the Soi IMO. You are not far from Frasier Suites so that should also be on your shortlist if you are considering this hotel. As I recall, it was within a stone's throw of Bed.

I believe they said 300 meters, I forgot if that was from Sukhumvit or the Skytrain. I believe I asked from the Skytrain.

same same... a Skytrain entrance (Nana Station) is on Sukhumvit a few steps from the mouth of Soi 11...
This Citadine location in Soi 11 is just excellent because end of Soi 11 is a BK nightlife hot spot with Bed Supperclub, Q-Bar, Ritz Gentlemens Club, Spice Club for late night partying and FL pick up, and the newly opened Clubs Diva and Twisted Republic and the nice and relaxed Le Fenix hotel's rooftop bar Nest...
Btw. this nice looking restaurant "Chilli Culture" at the end of Soi 11, right next to the Ritz is a good choice for reasonable priced yummy Thai food...
Good hotel options on Soi 11... (Grand President, President Solitair, Le Fenix, Frazer Suites, Citichic and now Citadine, Chaidee Mansion, Grand Business Inn if you need to stick to Sukhumvit...
Did I mention the great PB ST hotel round the corner heading for Soi 3 ?
