I'd like to know if anyone has ever stayed at Royal Asia Loadge or Royal Asia Paradise, both on Sukhumvit 8. I don't know what is the difference between these 2 hotels anyway.
I'd like to know about the quality of the rooms and services, ...

Stayed in the Royal Asia Lodge for 3 days in November. I thought it was fairly good. No problem bringing in a quest, but there would be a problem if you wanted to bring in more than one.
Rooms were okay, no in room safe.
It is down at the end of Soi 8 and there is a free tuk tuk service up and down from Sukhumvit.
I thought the breakfast was poor. It is not included in the price so you can always go somewhere else to eat
without any loss.

Royal Asia Lodge is much further down the Soi than Stable Lodge which is about halfway down. The free tuktuk service up and down to Sukhumvit is essential :
otherwise you would be fairly sweaty after walking it.
The room I was in was clean and from what I saw of the hotel I would have no fears on that score.
I cannot remember with certainty what I paid but I think it was in the 900 baht range. I felt it was worth it and had no complaints.
The list of Rules in the room specify you can bring in 1 guest.

Stayed at Royal Asia a few times..rooms can be a bit hit and miss. Rate on internet is about 890 plus VAT and service. Coffee shop is not so hot for breakfast - I usually go up the soi to the big restuarant on the left side about 100 yards from Suk.
Never had any problems bringing two girls back which I have done a few times - from early evening to late, late, late.
Major problem is the distance from Suk. It's ok if you get a taxi back from Cowboy or Washington but if you're at Nana then it makes sense to walk to soi 8 and call the tuk-tuk pick-up but that can take a while late in the night.
I tried Stable Lodge in January and thought it was OK. My other preferred location is the Federal on soi 11 - never had problems there with two girls. Rate is about the same for both - around 900 inclusive.

Do you remember if any of these hotels Royal Asia Lodge, Stable Lodge and Federal have inroom safe?
And what are the rates at Stable Lodge ? No prob with bringing in one or two girls?

As yomum says, SL does not have room safes. Royal Asia and Federal don't either. In my experience lower end hotels in Thailand and most of Asia just don't have them. What they do have is the safety box at reception. I've never had any problems wherever I've stayed in Thailand.
Rate at Stable Lodge was around 1200B in January when I was last there - for superior room with balcony. I didn't take 2 girls back during that stay but others have reported that it's no problem.

I've booked the Stable Lodge for my Stay in september as it seem's ok for the price. I would prefer in room safe's but you cant have everything.

Last time I stayed at Bel Air Princess very nice room but not guest friendly. That phrase "Ideal for families" is to be avoided I think.

Stayed there in January and March of this year. Instead of the hotel, try staying in its serviced apartment next door (Royal Asia Paradise). I stayed in the Presidential suite and King (Queen?) suite respectively. It's quiet. The only snag is having to ride the free shuttle tuk-tuk out of soi 8. You can of course drop by Lolitas on your way in before calling for the shuttle.
