I checked out the place last week searching for a new apartment for the remaining 6 weeks (after staying 2.25 years in Suk Soi 4).
It is one of the nicer serviced apartments. On executive floor only 1BR, but the executive floor doesn't add much anyway. I strongly recommend the 2BR. Much nicer, with balcony and more light.
Pool is kinda on the small side. Walking distance to Silom Rd - 5-7 min. Next BTS is Chong Nonsi <5 min. Overall a nice place...
