Of course Nana Hotel is getting old! All the f_cking vibration night after night has gotta rattle the foundations!
I heard the management is thinking of putting in a timetable for f_cking.
You know...8 pm floors 3 & 4 can have a go, 9 pm floors 5 & 6 go have at it. It is after all almost a national treasure.

I suppose the parking lot's the safest place -- strong foundations, and plenty of supplies besides.
As for moving the fridge, it always does whenever I open it as it is so light when empty. I still didn't see them blighters.

Yeh its so light when its empty and then all your shit falls out when you open the door after you have loaded it up.
I think if you order your roaches at the front desk they are happy to supply them. But make sure you bring them back in the morning, because other guests might need them.
Cheap fridges and roaches.

Please ......can anyone tell me , if Majestic suites serve breakfast in the room ? Or it is a buffet breakfast.
I love breakfast, but prefer to have in bed with the girl who slept with over night.

they don't serve breakfast buffet. just thai/american/continental breakfast. maybe you can order from something different from the menu as well, but I have never tried. They give you breakfast coupons to be used each day. I'm not sure if the free coupon-ed breakfast is available in bed but you can probably order from the menu at a cost.

Thanks for the report have booked in to the Swiss Park for 4 nights in May 1800thb a night double executive room.
Hope it's still girl friendly as not many recent reports even after your recomendation.

One reason I like the Majestic Suites is the in room safe. Breakfast is ok and I want the hotel to take the BG ID card.

I should point out that the room safes at the Majestic Suite are activated by a card. Fine, except that the question then is: where do I hide the card?

Just got back from a week at the Majestic Suites. This hotel is awesome. The best deal for the price and location. I paid 1350 THB per night including a decent breakfast. The hotel has recently upgraded the in room safes so you no longer need to carry around the electronic key. The safes are now activated via password. The staff at this hotel couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend this place

I am currently staying at Swiss Park Hotel.
I can confirm that it is definitely guest friendly. But you have to book a "twin room" which is 100 baht in difference to a "single room" (the rooms actually are the same). At my first day I have only booked the single room rate and I had to pay a joiner fee of 368 baht per girl. I quickly upgraded to twin room so no more joiner fees whatsoever.
I also had no problems in bringing two girls with me. As said in the thread above, the girls have to leave their IDs at the reception. Good thing actually because it means more safety for you.
As to the room rates, there is one peculiar thing: You will get the cheaper rates only when booking per internet (e.g. at http://www.sawadee.com). The staff at the hotel cannot negotiate the cheaper prices. I have thus paid 1250 baht for a twin room (standard, breakfast included). If you dont book per internet the price is about ca. 1500 baht so 300 baht higher. On the other hand, if you book per Internet, you are demanded to pay a deposit which equals the actual costs, which means that your credit card account is charged in advance for the full amount without the chance of getting a refund e.g. in case you change your plans.
