thanks for posting brothers, but, was your bid for the j.w. marriott for the hotel on sukhumvit or the marriott on charoen/nakorn road? also, i will never make another reservation the night b/4 i leave the LOS at the amari airport. they totally ripped me off. buyer beware.

I tried becoming a member of the priceline.com to bid on hotel tariffs. But it seems that the membership is only open to US citizens. Cant citizens of other countries become members. I have already send an email to the website helpline and awaiting a reply.
Maybe anyone already tried it??

The are Priceline websites in other countries. I believe that HK has one for people in Asia.

You can become member in Priceline HK address given in above post. I am using this regularly. Only thing be careful about what you select. Some of the Price line listed hotels in Sukumvit as 4 star are really 3 stars. No problem with the ones listed as 5 star

Can anyone tell me how the priceline process works re hotels, I have got as far as selecting 4 star, area, price etc but now they want my credit card details.
My question is do you get a chance to review (check) the hotel they come back with or does in automaticaly book you in. As I would need to check up on the quality of the hotel and guest friendly status etc.
