Then I indeed talked to Guido. He was interested in a link swap, which later was denied by you when we met in person.
The next email makes it clear that I have no interest (yet) in pimping myself or my customers.
I thought you're answer was that a link swap was out of the question because of marketing strategy

Giotto is a great guy. He has a strong character (which is a good thing). He's a straight-talker and doesn't take bullshit.
Bottom line is, Livingstones Lodge is a great place to stay. Giotto looks after the guests (and the girls) like they're his friends, and many of them become his friends.
BTW - I also stayed at TL a few years ago, and met RTB and a few others. RTB is a real character. TL is also a great place to stay, with the same personal touch.

To all,
Please, why do you jump on this hotel and business. I do not see they are doing anything different than others, or any other business. If you are working for a company, say as an accountant or as a programmer or as a designer, you will most likely sign a contract that does not allow you to do private practice on the side (well perhaps in the medical profession it is allowed). So for all those bashing LL and managment, try to make and keep a business on your own first before making such comments.
Next time I am in BKK I sure will stop by to have a nice juicy steak, a cold drink and some thai food. The LL complex is amazing and you guys should not be so jelous to bash the owner.
