I think Trip Advisor had some reviews. Hotel looks nice but there is no pool, and at 2400++/night, even at "buy 2 nights, get 1 free", it is expensive.

Stayed there 3 nights. Used Tim's website for booking. I got confirmation voucher in a few hours and no issue with reservation.
Good
- Price
- Location. 1-2min from BTS or MRT.
- Friendly staff
- Fast wireless internet connection
- Cleaness
Bad
- My Superior Room was too small. I felt that the size was less than 20sqm.
- No Window.
- very poor noise blocking. My room was in front of elevator and I could hear elevator ding sound whenver it operates.
I wouldn't stay here again. Superior room picture on website is misleading. The best Superior Room may look like the picutre shown on their webiste but my room didn't have sofa chair and no space to place one.

Sounds like you did not get the Superior room but a closet that is used by the maids to store linen and may have been converted to a room as they were all sold out. Such closets are placed across elevators to allow easy access to store fresh linen and other supplies... Of course it does not need a window..
Why didn't you complain? Are you too timid to speak up... ?

apollo, that is a good point. I should have complained why my room looked different from their website pictures. Somehow I got confused this hotel room layout with On8, which rooms don't have windows. Later I realized that Superior room suppose to have windows and sofa chair.
bkkz, yes, this hotel is girl friendly.
If I had a room like their picture, sofa chair with windows, I would recommand this hotel.
If one tries to book this hotel, you might try to make special request to get a room like their pictures, if such room exists.
Hotel has a good bed, pillows, and blanket, similar to on8, much better than Citadines.

What's wrong with the Citadine bed?
Ok, they're a bit on the hard side...
But I always saw this as a *benefit* because hard beds make a better ground for all sorts of rhythmic gymnastics...
I often had a hard time in soft, swinging beds because they somehow never really adjust to my favored rhythm and tend do force you into some rather lame frequency... *if you know what I mean...*
We would need a hi tech bed that senses the level of arousal of its patrons and adjusts the bed's stiffness from cosy foreplay mode to light low key pushin and finally to the wild bangin that inevitably comes before you cum... Oh and adjust the built-in a/c too pls... and after me and my fancy I enjoyed the automatic relaxation massage can someone carry me to the bathtub pls...
heck of a product idea...
I've got friday on my mind...

Citadin bed seems little too cheap. I have a firm mattress in home. I think the hardness is not comming from firm design but from cheapness.
The heigh of Citadine mattress is less than 8 inch. I checked the mattress under bed sheet and it's like ~$100 mattress in US.
