I have posted details of the new prices and changes at TOXIC CLUB under the 'Bar' section of the forum for anyone who wishes to take a look. Drink prices considerably reduced, bar fines reduced, Happy Hours prices, earlier opening times etc. etc. etc.

DG - no intention to offend - just meant as a humorous aside and I did follow that with a 'thank you' in all seriousness. I was, and am, genuinely appreciative of your postive remarks. I thought this to be a forum where people both make serious comments as well as have a little banter - if I got that wrong then I apologise. I do not yet know you or you me so I was presumptive.

Mosquitos aren't a problem anywhere any the 8th or 10th floors... So, just add a couple floors (I suggest a dozen), turn the downstairs section into shops (I suggest a massage shop, a 7/11, and an optical store or two; expand Toxic size to include the entire floor above, and turn it into a hopping night spot; add a helicopter pad to pretend you have hi-so customers.
See, easy.
Seriously, how about everyone offer up some suggestion on how to improve, and what they would do to increase the appeal of TL. I have to admit, it isn't on the top of my list either, and part of it is the location.

Get a few tuk tuks that stay running, and park them on the corner at Suk, with the drivers handing out 2 for 1 drink coupons with a ride to the bar, and back., from the time you open until about 11pm. You need to build up a new core drinking crowd, and keep it supplied with fresh faces.
This will also spell future room rents when more people know you are there with good rates.
You need customers, and they are not going to walk down that long soi unless they are enticed to do so, and there is NO sign on the corner of Suk letting them know you are there.
If they don't have to walk, then all the better in getting them there the first time. After the first time there then it is all up to you, and the staff in keeping them coming back.
Your location is bad for a thriving bar business, and selling drinks is what pays the bills. Selling food is the gravy on top of that. What ever you can do to get customers in there the first time without loosing money do it.
