last Sept. took pics.from the second floor area with no problems.just asked the bouncer/waiter up there and he just smiled and said "ok"...so I think its not a hard fast rule of "no",just whoever/when you ask...if in any doubt
use the Jedi mind trick on them.....

From US I get "This website is parked free by courtesy of GoDaddy.com".
Google cache does show pages from October, so it must have just disappeared.
It usually takes the domain's admin to park the domain.
