The best time to visit that place is 7 pm, when there are no customers yet, so that you can have all the girls to yourself. Don't get carried away though, as the lady drinks are not cheap! 200 B each.
I did just that at Titanium a few weeks ago. Just happened to be passing by around opening time, so I popped in, and a girl who aproached me seemed lovely, to me. I bought her 4 b200 drinks, and had to pay the additional b1200 to get her out of there.
Took her to my room, for some unknown reason, then downstairs to Toxic, then off to a bar on 7/1 partially owned by one of my (now ex) regulars, to meet some friends of mine.
By the time it was all over, Titanium chick agreed with my ex that it was best that she go home, since she was so drunk, and your's truly paid taxi fare.
And your's truly then wound up with some skank found along Sukhumvit Road in the late hours.
But the Titanium girl was really cute, and nice.

(Bottom line is, if you have a good one on the line, don't take her to meet one of your regulars.)
But I'm not going to change my style.
After all, I didn't get where I am today without being a drunken idiot.

Thanks for your kind remarks.
I was just trying to help the girl out with her new business, but it seemed like everything the girl touched turned into me not getting laid. 
I'm glad you appreciate the utter stupidity...it's what keeps bringing me back.
Not just my own stupidity, but the general silliness of the place, and the f***-ups that some of us continually commit.
I'd like to buy you a drink sometime but, for the first time since I've been visiting Thailand, I don't know exactly when I can return.
I'm in the midst of a career transition, for lack of a better term. 
But I'll stay on the board and get in touch with this crew whenever I do go back.

I walked up and down Soi 22 twice last night but couldn't find it. Website map shows it on right hand side just after entering the Soi.
Do they have a sign out front?

From the mouth of the Soi (Suk) walk down on the right hand side.
Where the street is interupted by a side alley, Titanium is there... there's usually girls outside.

What time did you go? In the daytime it is hard to spot because they have some solid shelters in front of the glass doors, so that you have no idea that there's a nice bar behind them... But they open late afternoon at least...
It *is* on your r/h side coming from Suk. Rd. after some ehhh about 50 meters into Soi 22 behind the corner of a tiny subsoi... 
It has its name shown outside (not big or illuminated though) and there are always some of the cute waitresses fishing for customers outside...

I don't know how I missed it. It was about 9PM.
Only thing I can figure after thinking about it this morning is that I may have turned down Soi 20 instead of 22.
Was already a bit tipsy by that time after spending happy hour in Genesis next door to my hotel.
