IMHO the best time to be in Nana hotel lobby is about 06:30 until about 9am, the tramps are coming out from their LTs from the night before, some freshly f***ed but I would imagine we often find meet them for the first time after they just got a rooting
someone said 10-2am, that's a pretty broad range, but I don't think you'll find any in the parking lot at noon time
however, I have seen many standing out front of the parking lot when the regular NEP dancers start work, about 7-9pm
Siam Hotel was demolished ?, what a shame
haven't been in that area in a while, but have to admit, the traffic is considerably less at 2am when the FLs were most active

The Grace is an interesting place if you're looking for a whore or just visiting exotic Bangkok. There are lots of Arab types there but the girls are still friendly. I don't think the girls are all into Arabs and that's why they are there, I think they are too fat for white guy tastes and that's why they are there.
As far as traveling around Thailand with a whore (as a guide, I suppose), to me it doesn't make sense unless you picked the greatest whore ever from the get go. I think that pretty much where ever you go you can find a whore, and that whore might have more local knowledge of the area. For example why visit Chiang Mai with some chick from Buriram?
