This establishment occupies 5 floors of Sukhumvit Plaza (Little Korea Mall) on the corner of Sukhumvit and Soi 12. The entrance is marked by traveler palms on your right as you enter Soi 12. I have visited 3 times over the 2 year period since it opened; service from 10am daily.
The place is typical of operations that bill themselves as "spas"; the entry is like a 3-star hotel where the customer views a menu and places an order with a receptionist (they are bilingual)... then waits for a "hostess" to provide escort upstairs. TTM pricing is 300/1 or 400/2, oil is 600/1 or 1000/2. There is a surcharge of 100b for a "vip" room, and the sauna access is 500b.
The ambience is north asian... a labyrinth of rooms on different floors connected by an impossibly small and slow elevator. Rooms are clean and well-maintained; vip rooms have tatami style screens with showers and are very tasteful... towels are generous, etc. Avoid the sauna, which is overpriced and gets so little use that it is never hot... and it is situated on the 5th floor so access to it from the lower floors is tedious.
All the masseuses have been trained, and provide a solid massage. Many specialize in a very gentle variant of oil massage which is preferred by the Asian (mostly Chinese) flight attendants that frequent the place during their layovers at the Sheraton or Westin.
Now to the reason you are all reading this: no sexual services are available per house rules. (Do I hear grunts of disinterest and the clicking of mice as readers flee this post???) As it happens, I did get hand relief the first time I visited a year ago but I asked my masseuse about that lady on a recent visit and was told she had been fired....
If you are looking for a very straight "spa" experience at pricing slightly lower than the hotels, this is a good option. It would work well as a squeaky clean place to take a wife or girlfriend; rooms with double mats are available. For extras, forget it; every room can be viewed easily and there are no locks.

I must admit everytime I pass this place (whether it supplies naughties or not) I wonder about the involvement of the Royal title in the name.
Also named after a film I was always told was banned here, but I have seen twice for sale.
Now there seem to been slight naughties available I wonder even more.

Haven't tried THE KING & I joint but enjoyed the services provided at the top floor on the right block at this "small Korean-type mall". This was last year. The mamasan was pushy and offered TTMs at B/.400 per 2-hr massage and full service for B/.2.000. Delivery service was also provided but must confess that better options are available at Ratchadapisek or Rama IX MPs.

I know the place Pinga... "Mieki" or something close to that. Just one FS room, and a couple of mats on the floor for TTM. Girls mainly skanks. I was hoping it might be useful because of the location and the fact that it opens early... but I had exactly the same reaction to the mamasan; she is humorless and pushy... remarkable so. Bet she drives off a lot of business.

Dude: dunno... sounds like a kind of lock alright, but I don't remember seeing anything like that. In any case, it hardly matters whether the doors lock or not since the ladies have been well indoctinated about extras. And the beds in most of the rooms are visible from the corridor. Like I said... great place to take the spouse.
