Years ago I went to the NASA disco at 11:00 PM on a weekday and almost all of the tables had a reserved sign on them and the place was empty. I thought to myself, who are they kidding. By midnight the place was packed, then I thought don't these people have jobs.
The next day I went to work (Sales call not really work) and walked through a major (Fortune 500) company's office area at lunch. The cubicles were deserted or so I thought, upon walking through the asiles, I seen everyone lying on the floor sleeping. Then I thought What a country! Now I live here.

that's like 15 years or so. it was really popular at that time. late 80's / early 90's disco sounds.
i believe you have a lot of stories about classic 'clubs and bars' in bangkok to share with us here.
