It is my understanding that the EMIT test is used in Thailand (because it's cheap). It tests for virtually everything and is notoriously unreliable, producing false positives from everything from amoxycillin, diet pills, cough mixture, you name it. Which is why Thai girls can get away with claiming they have taken those things rather than drugs (as reported elsewhere in this forum).
For that reason a positive EMIT is subject to other more accurate tests elsewhere in the world. Not in Thailand as far as I am aware.
I know guys who got busted, spent 3 days in lock up before being bailed. Not a blood test in sight.

They test for more than that. Thailand used to import both the solution and the immunocromatographic test kits in the past.
Since a couple of years ago, with the help of Mahidol University Thailand came up with its own kit. And it does test for more things than amphetamines.

EMIT is the more general name of the NIDA 5. It doesn't test specifically for something that the Mahidol test does. However, given that manufacture in the region of that illegal substance is "substandard" and manufacturers include other cheaper additives for bulk, one may unknowingly have taken something that it is actually tested by the EMIT and NIDA tests. Thus giving a positive result.
Lets not kid ourselves. You were any way taking something illegal, though the test was not made thinking of include that thing that you took. It will be a poor defense to say "I swear I didnt take any of those 5 things; instead I took poorly made XYZ."
BTW, the EMIT (NIDA 5) can also give some false negatives if people take certain things. But.... I think this is starting to be way too much info. Better stop here.

Although I am not a hip hop kind of guy, I rather enjoyed last night at Bed.
The attitude of the patrons was in sharp contrast with the aforementioned “Models” Night from last week. Although there were some Caucasian hippo’s stomping around, the percentage of Thai cuties was more then satisfactory. I am no expert on male aesthetics, but there I think most girls had something to look at as well. Besides AmoresPerros and me – of course. Seriously, despite the high amount of pretty people there was no “m’as-tu-vu?” attitude like last week. People were relaxed and chatty.
There was a DJ and an MC behind the turntables and they knew what they were doing. Not like those two incompetent f***wits from last week. This guy was looking at his crowd and when a record wasn’t catching on, he would smoothly cut it short and make up for it with a tune he knew would get the crowd going again.
Towards midnight the place became literally too packed to move. We had secured a little table on the second floor, but downstairs people were just like sardines in a can. Raising your hands was as close to dancing you were going to get. If one spotted some talent downstairs, it would take you 5 minutes and 28 apologies for stepping on feet to reach her. Confronted with these facts, AmoresPerros decided we should finish our freshly purchased bottle of Jack - to drink away the grief and gloominess of all those lost opportunities.
One has to wonder why the crowd doesn’t start going out sooner. We know by now that we are powerless towards this ridiculous closing hour, but why do people only start arriving at midnight?

Was not there that particular night though Emanuel plays good pumpin house on regular basis... he is nice and love the music.
Pb is that most of this wannabe model don't know how to dance and think that somebody is shooting them when they move their body which explain the attitute....
