DXB sounds intriguing but I like the sound of Sea Shell in my ears. I want to find this place in late Jan and check out the local talent.
Somebody please post the directions to the Sea Shell Hotel in the next month or so.

Sea Shell hotel - never been there but have seen it in passing. If I remember correctly it lies between exhibition road and the corniche - along with whole load of other hotels.

first of all i'm a bahraini guy.. so I know my country well..
for those asking about seashell hotel its located in adliyah area,, just near the traffic light in the adliyah main road. and there's also the Ferrari cars showroom.
by the way there's many Apartments on daly rental basis, with wide selectin of girls with diff. natioalities.
asian for 20bd, arabs for 30bd.

OK, guys.
I'm a dummy when it comes to directions. I know the Corniche Road and how to get to the airport, Bahrain Internation Hotel, Seef Mall and the golf course.
Where is Adliyah Main Road? How would I get there driving from the Causeway if I follow the Corniche? The girls at the Sea Shell have been recommended but my informant always took a taxi.
Where are these apartments located and what is the going daily rate? I might be interested in one of them.

It is interesting to note that a Bahrani has confirmed the prices that I mentioned eg 20 and 30 bds. No need to pay 40bds plus

expatchuck, its hard to give you the directions here.. so I think should take a taxi and memories the way 
babanana, the nationalities are mostly thai and chinies
and about the apartments its allover the place, try Exception road area. prices vary from 20bd up to 40bd per-day.

Most of the apartments also have girls.
Try the Gulf apartments they are quite good from what I have heard.
Dubai is heaps better than Bahrain.
You should come over one weekend next year and I will show you the ropes.
Dubai also has some great golf courses.

Directions to the Sea Shell Hotel from Saudi :
After crossing the causeway follow the "Causeway Road" until you reach the traffic lights at Mina Salman port entrance. You will have gone straight through under two flyovers and two sets of traffic lights and basically reached the end of the road.
Turn Left at the traffic lights.
Turn left at the next set of traffic lights. (No more than half a mile)
Turn right at the next set of traffic lights ( The Palace Inn Hotel is on this corner.
In about one mile you will reach the traffic lights in Adliya. Go straight on. Don't panic.... you will see the Seashell hotel on the left just after you have gone through the traffic lights but its a dual carriageway.
Go to the roundabout and come back on yourself to get to the front of the hotel. There is a narrow road just past the hotel which you can turn into and find parking.
These directions are not the shortest route but are the easiest if you don't know your way around.
Now, can anyone give me a bit more gen on the apartments? How do you know if they have girls? and how does one make contact with the girls? A few clues would be handy.......

Those are good directions even I can follow. I hate driving in Bahrain. There is not one straight street and those stupid roundabouts are everywhere. I notice the Bahranis are starting to build flyovers now and bypass some of the roundabouts.
I can't help you on finding the girls in the apartments but I have heard they find you. They knock on your door after you check in. Rumor only.
