As a veteran of Cuba, Brazil, Amsterdam, US (Washington DC/NY)and Central America (perhaps not really black) I would go for Brazil and Cuba, probably in that order, and in spite of the hassles with Fidel's morality cops, though they weren't much in evidence when I was there two years ago. The black women in A'dam may be cheap but so they should be: they look as though they come from an anthology of nightmares. In Paris there are some cuties in the rue St Denis but they cheat like f*ck; agree a price and then everything but everything is an extra and their attitude is dreadful. In Rio and Cuba (and the further from Havana the blacker) the women can be genuinely nice. Once when watching a porn movie with a Rio girl she declared she liked the real thing so much better and dived on to me. Forget London for every type of commercial sex: expensive, bad tempered, dishonest, incompetent. Nothing would tempt me to have sex with a pro south of the Sahara.

Try taking a plane to Abuja - the capital of Nigeria - and book a room in the Hilton. Freshen up, go down to the lobby and walk into the Capital Bar flashing your room key to show that you are resident in the hotel and therefore don't pay for entry. It is only 10 paces to the bar but count the number of "hellos" and "what's your names?" before you even get in your first beer.
