Hi Triyclops,
Sorry, just saw your post about Indian food. I am not expert in curries, but the best Indian restaurants I found were at the Rembrandt Hotel and the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza (Silom). They both have a good all you can eat Sunday buffet brunch for about 500 baht with a zillion choices.

I would bet there are less than 50 choices, which is a far cry from a "zillion."
If they actually do have a "zillion" choices, that would have to be some kind of world record I would think?

How much do you want to bet? At least at the Crowne Plaza they have more than 50 items at the Sunday buffet, which officially qualifies as a zillion.
I ate at Rang Mahal in the Rembrandt Hotel, but not at the Sunday buffet, so not sure how many items they have. But I heard that it is quite a spread there also.

Yes, I agree brother Whisper.
Mr. Alvin could have used the phrase "Shit Loads" and this would have been a better choice. Exagurating and getting our hopes up that there is a zillion choices is not very nice.

I don't think that the phrase "shit loads" would have been more descriptive of the food than the phrase I used. Anyway, try the Sunday buffet at the Crowne Plaza Indian restaurant and tell us what think about the number of choices.
BTW, I have eaten at an Indian restaurant buffet with shit loads of items, and as might be expected, I couldnít swallow any of it.
