Had agreat night slept most of the day so was feeling good, did a lot of beer bars and ended up in a gogo dont remember the name hooked up with a real slim girl Bee had a few drinks and back to the Thara hotel, man she was so small I am only 5.5 and she came up to my chin anyway got in the door and she sat on the bed saying she wanted to get to know my friend down below great bj and into the bathtub with her still sucking our friend we then had 2 or three hours of fun down side later she told me she had to go back home so no longer long time and I only paid her for short time I have had those games played before but all was well and I had fun, I feel fresh this morning and looking forword to tonight. a footnot the Thara hotel is realy nice no problems coming back with the girl they just booked her in and this mornings breakfast was very good and I will stay here next trip still I have 12 more days of fun I will keep you guys posted by for now rodo555

I am not sure I follow Whisper's references, but I sense some truth in them.
Spent a week in Phuket last year this time. C&N in Patong. Have been to BKK and Pattaya many times, CM, CR, etc. Always amazing. Mind blowingly so. Hate it when I leave, can't wait to return. Every time, no matter what happens.
But being in Patong, first time ever in Thailand when I actually felt that if this is the way it is, then I would not return. Could not stand it. Everything was false, touristy, a hustle. The attitude of every girl I met was "let's see what I can get out of this sucker before he gets wise" -- no GFE anywhere. But lots of loud music, bars open late, lots of tourists taking their pictures with K's, everyone seemingly having a good, plastic, conservative, safe, "aren't we being cool" time. But it was all crap if you ask me. The clean water does not make up for the fact that the beaches and clubs are overrun with swedes and germans. Thailand was missing. And the sweet, sexy flow of BKK and Pattaya was entirely lacking. The spice. Perhaps I stayed in Patong too long, but I was determined to prove myself wrong, I felt it couldn't be that bad. But it was. Never again.

Pattaya - Seedy, fun, dirty & punters
Phuket - Commercial, fun, clean & tourists
Both places are great, Phuket's safer & cleaner but more expensive. If you're going to just bang as many chicks as possible & don't care about your overall accomodations or surrounding scenery, go to Pattaya. If you're going to relax on the beach, want more of a luxurious resort feel, & still have the option to bang chicks at the bars & go gos, go to Phuket. Btw, Phi Phi Island is a MUST if you go to Phuket.
Btw, I highly disagree with the above comment about Phuket girls being all about "let's see what I can get out of this sucker before he gets wise" & there being no GFE experience anywhere. I've found Phuket girls to be the most friendly & never once was I ever asked for more money than I wanted to give. Had the best GFE experience of any time I'd ever been to Thailand in Phuket both times I went there too. Most of the girls me & my friends ran across were very willing to stay at the resorts with us for multiple days & hang out during the daylight hours, which was a switch from the Pattaya girls, who mostly only wanted to do ST.
BKK girls are the most money grubbing & more of the hustler type in my own personal experience.

here here...I lived and worked in phuket (nai harn beach) and will back you up the bar girls in phuket are alot cooler than bkk....I still prefer the board shorts and flip flop chicks (nai harn/kata) to the jeans, heels ones in bkk...
Phi Phi is cool but I do prefer ko chang or ko samet over the commercial phuket/samui..

I've spent my Thai time in Phuket the past 16 years, always in Patong. Usually 3-4 visits a year that is, with next one (fortunately) coming up next december 21. As always I am there over the christmas holidays.
Once I needed to escape because of the tsunami. Went to Pattaya then. To be honest that was my second time to Pattaya after my first time in 1992 during my very first LOS visit. I flew to Bangkok from Phuket back in 2004 with the initial plan to stay a week in Pattaya.
After 2 nights, I decided to escape and return to Patong despite the disaster.
Still Phuket won over the seedy scene in Pattaya which is as dirty as trash no matter where you walk.
Believe me or not, I never p4p just because I don't like the idea to do so, however I'm totally not picky as I often invite gals for dinner and so on. These days I have another stunner on hand who is always arriving when I do. Even Thai men are calling after her whenever we walk along beach road. She really is some chick to die for. Completely free, however I must admit that all food is free for her since she hang's out with me all the time. But I like it that way.
The atmosphere is simply better in all terms at Phuket. Less LA Gym guys who are there to show of there latest singlets, more fun and friendly people throughout, tourists I mean.
That is just my 2 cents.
Tip: dress well, got shaved and use some perfume, check the disco's for free lancers, or start conversation with receptionist or waitresses at restaurants. You'll be surprised for the results.
I had a top class tall receptionist who was working at Deevana 4 star hotel in Patong. She was married with a selfish Thai and was looking for something different, that I found out later. Shagged her on 2005 New Year's Eve (free ofcourse) and we are still in touch with the odd "meeting" every now and then.
Believe me... free sex is the best sex. And I don't keep my Euro's is my wallet apart from spending on chicks.
Happy mongering. (although I have to say that not so long ago I was having this dillema - but wisely made the right decision to stay where my second home is)

Well chaps, Patong is no more Phuket, than Patpong/Nana is Bangkok.
We live mostly down in Phuket but hardly ever go to Patong, especially at this time of year.
If its wild night life you want with nude ladies and Russian crooks, then Pattaya is certainly your place. If is a lovely seaside setting with long limbed bronze Thai honeys or blond Swedish lassies (usually "free") then maybe think about the West coast of Phuket...but brings lots of bucks/baht because things are not cheap down here.
