i would love to answer this question with all sincerity,but i feel this forum is basically for bangkok.
i have not much experience in bangkok,only phuket,but for what it's worth i prefer go-go's for my women.
but have found women in bar baars and 1 lovely freelancer.

Awe the topic at hand ... fine lookin' women. Go to the Fitness First health Club. They have some hella' fine women working out. But .. these are not "working" women, but Ýprofessionals. If you want fine lookin' "working" females then I would suggest either MP's or G-clubs. From my experience, the best looking females work there because the earning potential Ýis the greatest. But, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Emmanuelle, Honolulu, Caesar, and Mirage for Mp's =massage parlors.
Pegasus. Piano bar, and White House for g-clubs = gentlemens club

I don't think so. IMHO Stunners just work at the MPs or Member Clubs and from there back home or some extra fun at a friend's house. Boyfriends sometimes are waiting for them after working hours....

Curious as to how beauty can be objective. Usually beauty is based upon a cultural standard.

I do agree with that statement. In western culuture, being tan is looked upon and being better then white as a ghost. But .. in asian culture, having whitish skin is better.
