Here's a few tips from my trip if you want to pick up on some non-working women.
Seen Space Thonglor 13, still a hottie heaven, popular with celebs. Outdoor dining and drinking that's packed late at night, wouldn't recommend going there before 9PM. Great place to people watch and have a drink.

Just past Central Eastville, very popular spot at the moment. Didn't see any farang yet. Mostly outdoor dining and drinking, a lot of hot single girls if your Thai is good you will have some luck. Usually all the tables will fill up by about 10-10:30.
Ainu Bar in Thonglor. https://www.facebook.com/AINUBar/ Japanese bar/restaurant indoors and currently very popular, no shortage of talent. Get some drinks and decent Japanese food, have seen some farang here.
