Please be very careful about taking Cialis when you are also on a Hytrin program. Hytrin is often perscribed high blood pressure or for us old codgers with somewhat enlarged prostate glands.
I made that mistake not too long ago and after conking out ended in the the cardiac ward of a Bangkok hospital, where I had to offer a rather embarrassed explaination to a bevy of lovely nurses about the need to service a couple of go-go lassies at once. Thankfully the nurses were very decent about it, and when they learnt my age offered to pin a medal on my hospital gown. Only in Thailand !

Not to get too technical--all the ED drugs are in a class called Phosphodiesterase inhibitors. These drugs were initially and are stilled used to to treat Pulmonary hypertetion. PH is a very serious condition often leading to Lung transplantation.
These drugs dilate the Pulmonary arterial system--it was noted that males being treated for this condition got wood in the ICU. The main contraindication are those taking Nitrates-these drugs dilate the pre heart venous system and over time dilate the coronary heart vessels. Those with coronary artery disease--these drugs can relieve angina or heart attack pain. When taken regulary can put off heart bypass surgery for years.
However when taken together-nitrates and viagra-one cannot compensate for abrubt changes of position--lying to standing--add a little dehydration from a night of drinking--when you stand up first thing in the morning with out sitting first you will pass out. Hopefully you will fall back in bed and not hit your head.
With that said--I love cialis--if you are person who generally does not have any ED problems--even after a night of full tilt party--your boy will not let you down.
In addition if you do get some cialis, get 20mg tabs and only bite off a 1/4 to a 1/3 of a tab. One tab can last you 6 days.
Also I just ordered genaric cialis from a Indian pharmacy. Depending how many you order it will only cost you $3 to $1.77 a pill. I have recieved mine and it does work.

In response to the question, Oldtimer's age exceeds three score and ten.
Thankfully my urologist friend says that one should be capable of doing the deed beyond the age of four score....but not more than once a night.
Thus there's likely a great many happy endings ahead for all of you.
