IMHO, Cialis is the most effective by far.....
I had taken one on my wedding night almost 3 years ago and after a 4 day cross country drive mrs atl said, "never take again!"
and then I took one on our last night of this trip..last Friday (after leaving Toxic) and it gradually wore off just yesterday, which was Tuesday...
she seemed to have a better time with it this time around

Cialis is excellent. I had the same experience as atl. My mrs telling me "never take again". However, she seems quite satisfied when I do take it. As mentioned before, it is the "weekend pill".
Saw in the news that the stuff is also good for jet lag especially with hamsters.

JET lag is the scourge of business travellers everywhere. It makes you groggy when you should be alert. It keeps you wired when you should be asleep. It's an all-around nightmare, and there are countless supposed "cures". One travel website cites acupressure, melatonin supplements (like these), and even a bizarre light-enhancing visor as proposed solutions to the dreaded day-night imbalance. One doctor has apparently sold "over 200,000" copies of a book promoting "a legitimate, scientifically proven, stunningly effective treatment for the fatigue and mental confusion that accompany rapid travel through time zones." Even fruit flies have been called upon to join the fight.
But now, for the second time in a little over a decade, a little blue pill comes to the rescue of humanity. Yes, it's true, says a study in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (via the New York Times) : sildenafil, otherwise known as Viagra, is a bona fide cure for jet lag. At least in hamsters, that is. The verdict's still out on the effect on humans. The researchers found that Viagra has the ability to alter hamsters' internal clocks (their "circadian rythms"). But the little blue pill is a long way away from being approved to treat jet lag in humans. So what do the scientists' the Times consulted say is the best cure for the traveller's curse? It's not acupressure, fruit flies, or goggles of any sort. Instead, as anyone with a bit of common sense and travelling experience knows, it's humanity's favorite sleep-related cure-alls: caffeine and naps. I guess "Viagra for the business traveller" is just going to have to wait.

I dont know about that 'cause I still am a bit jet lagged 5 days later...
As mentioned, I took Cialis on Friday night and flew out at 10pm saturday, the downside was:
it was like a 23 hour flight (with layovers) and many hot air hostesses on Korean Air that I had to keep the blanket over me almost all the time..of course mrs atl slept and I was just watching movies with these very beautiful korean chicks serving drinks/food etc the whole time 
but took full advantage of the effects upon return!

Hey,
Thought I'd awaken this thread.
I have a question...kind of strange.
I have some generic V and Cialis with me at home thats not getting much use here (sigh ) so thought I'd bring it with me on my Nov visit.
However, am I likely to get into trouble if I am caught with it at the airport?
I'm not talking packets of the stuff, maybe one packet. I know, I know...there are plenty of places to buy it in Bkk, but I have it, its not getting much use (sigh) and I know that its good stuff.
Why run the risk of buying something shit?
On all my vists to Bkk (a dozen maybe) I have never been stopped and searched on arrival.....murphy's law may come into play if I decide to bring it....just my luck.
What do you reckon guys?

acoolbreeze 1 packet should not be a problem although some bent coppers may try to imply its illegal to have sexual inhancements without prescription thats bollocks.

If your worried buy some vitamins and put them in with those. If they did open your bag they will pick up the bottle and look if your craping it.
The secret is to understand your doing nothing wrong and they will never find them anyway.
Its not smack so no need to be sweating about it just put them in your bag and forget its there, anyway enjoy.
There is a scam been going on for years at Ekemai bus station where drugs get planted or sex enhancers found
which indirectly help the police retirement fund.
