missed your question, but yes, I have compared US licensed Viagra (as has a buddy of mine quite recently) against the Kamagra and Penagra from BKK (and from a large lot I got at the Cambo border some years ago). My impression is that the US stuff, at about $10 USD per 100 mg pill, is materially better and more consistent in formulation.
Having said that, I can get 4 Penegra/Kamagra pills for 300 baht at that Suk pharmacy, or about $10 USD, which works out to $2.50 USD per 100 mg tab. I always break the tabs in half and pop one under my tongue for max efficiency. Tastes like shit, but washed down with a coke or beer 30 minutes later, and I'm good to go. So that's 4 times the pills for the same price.
The thing I didn't like about real Viagra is that it tended to hit me like a hammer, with blue halos in my eyesight, too much of headrush, etc. Maybe I'm just more sensitive to the shit, but I find that and the potential for headaches higher with the real stuff. The Indian formulations seem to be a bit less drastic on the ramp up. So I prefer the Indian formulation.
I do find that popping that stuff everyday during a week of R&R seems to burn my body out of "keep 'er up" chemicals, so you really need to give your body a break no matter what. I'd read that that has to do with ones body not having the capacity to generate the follow-up chemicals during the so-called "refractory period" as you age. The refractory period gets longer as you age: When a teenager it may be minutes before you're ready to go again, but in you later decades it can be a whole day. So they are working on a Viagra chaser that is made of the chems that your body doesn't make so fast as you age. That would allow you to knock down a Viagra, do the dirty deed, knock down the chaser, and be ready to go again in fairly short order. Not sure how much of that your body would be able to take as you get older, but I suppose there are worse ways to die, lol.

The stuff boots sell must be 100 % real no question about that.
Be interesting to hear if they give it on prescription though
As those wankers at the ekemai bus depot are always looking to earn extra cash.
Workaround is not to take the bus back and avoid these corrupt BIB.
Not everyone wants to or has the opportunity to go to a hospital. Boots sounds like a good quick reliable alternative.

Never tried Viagra, but I've always been totally happy with Penagra, no reason to change...1/4 or 1/2 under the tongue does the job, mostly taken to compensate for too much drinking when out on the town in Thailand, and not wanting to, err, waste my money at the end of the night, if you get my meaning, haha.
Tried Cialis before...keeps you going for a solid 36 hours but the price for me was a splitting headache, never again.

VERY unpleasant results with Cialis. On the positive side, with the slightest amount of arousal you get *instantly* hard over a 36 hour period after you take it.
The bad part? Excruciating headaches late in the morning (after taking it the night before).
Tried it about 3 times four years ago, headaches every time. Wouldn't take it again, only because of that. Too bad.
