It is a step up from Arythomycin. I developed an allergy to Arythomycin after being given some bogus pills by Mercury Pharmacy (Glorettia, Makati) so now whenever I get a sinus infection I need to take Clarithromycin.
It is no problem getting my Doctor to prescribe it here in Singapore and my Health Insurance covers it. But when I am on business in the US/UK I end up spending about $100 to convince a local doctor that that is what I need and another $60 to buy it.
Easier to stock up in LOS before going to the US/UK...

Of late I have seen a lot of street vendors on Sukhumvit selling Viagra, Kamagra etc, anyone know whether these are genuine and what rate they are sold at.

I have bought my first Penegra in a box from the pharmacy near Tim hotel Pattaya the other day... It was the first full fake (no effect) Penegra I ever had. Thank god I#m not fully disfunctional... hehe...
In Sukh. they only come in the usual film of four tabletts... and are at least a functional fake... Penegra seems to be out of stock in BKK at the moment though...

Where is the best place currently to get "real" apcalis. My pharmacist at KS next to the Westin no longer stocks it due to "pressure" from the authorities. Heard the pharmacy next to Bully's may still have a supply but I have not seen anyone post recently on the availability and the quality of it.

KS no longer offers the generics... pressure from the authorities apparently, related to Thailand becoming a signatory to the global intellectual property regime. I can't speak to Apcalis specifically, but they have definitely stopped vending Penegra.
Try Charoen Pharmacy (near Bully's)... they sell Penegra and doubtless have all the other generics on hand. The price has increased, no doubt to cover the cost of paying higher bribes to the inspectors.
