That's very odd - could it be that it 'stole' the balance in the form of internet access units -- i.e. what internet access plan, and what carrier are you with?
I assume you are with AIS / 1-2-call (who isn't?) and as such, do you get the monthly unlimited internet access plan, or do you have the daily plan?

i am with 12 call and buy time as I need it. I only use the iPhone for phone calls & im's. my balance dropped to zero baht the minute I upgraded and I started getting im's from 12-call informing me I had a negative balance and needed to recharge.
after buying another 12-call card, things have returned to normal. I have no idea what happened - just reporting the anomaly.
how was hong kong?

Quite the opposite actually, as it is Nokia which is trying to get its hands in the iphone cookie jar.
nokia and apple have been negotiating on this issue for the past year. Suing seems to be just a tactic from nokia to try to get a better deal. It's actually pretty similar to what happened when qualcomm sued nokia for patent infringement not so long ago. At the end, it was settled and everybody is living happily everafter.

..or similar to when Cisco sued Apple for using the term 'iPhone' when Steve Jobs announced it initially.
That ended badly... for Cisco, as they nearly had their trademark invalidated, and ended up tucking their tail.
I foresee a similar settlement outcome for Nokia, as their repeat disastrous quarterly results and slide from top dog are forcing their hands into desperate measures.
Basically, really all Nokia wants out of the lawsuit are $200 million dollars - which Apple could handily pay, but now that they sued, more than likely Apple (read: Steve Jobs) is looking for a humiliating outcome, for Nokia.

At the same time you better talk to Murdoch as it is front page news in the WSJ....
And do not forget CNBC.... they were talking about the effect that the suit will have on APPL.

You can have your free and open minded discussion when your variant of 'discussion' is not drive-by copy and pasting.
I will maintain that YOUR contribution is both misinformed, and banter -- and that the sources you listed essentially provide nothing different than their own version of copy/paste 'journalism'. The 'articles' you point to are reformatted press releases -- big on numbers, low on actual information.
I doubt you're going to read this:

...because it's not from a 'vetted' source that copies and pastes press releases, and passes them off as journalism, but the above link actually provides an informed oversight of the situation, and provides you with some actual information.
But you won't have any of that, since you're not actually looking for an open-minded discussion, but are more interested in trolling this thread - so I doubt that you will either read the link posted above, or contribute meaningful discussion after reading it.
