Tried out the pool on the 14th floor - rooftop today.
Walked it off at about 21 meters long. But shallow. Very clean and well maintained.
Best of all, I had it all to myself for 3 hours.
Comfortable deck recliners with thick pads had me dozing off.
I was also able to connect to some open wifi networks from poolside. There is a building of same architecture adjacent to the Residence, but rises higher to 29 floors or more as indicated by the SSIDs of the wifi networks. Picked up a strong signal from a network called 29A. There were about 5 other signals.
There is a fitness room adjacent to the pool - looks fairly well equipped but than I am not an exercise nut.

Hmm... the website does indeed mention that the rooms have wi-fi.
They did not when I stayed there for the month of September 2007. They installed a DSL modem in my room after I paid for internet. The wired connection worked well.
I was able to get a wi-fi connection poolside on the roof. I believe it came from the adjacent condo/apartment building.

Just completed a 2 week stay. When I made the reservation, I asked to have the modem connected before I checked in. Sure enough, it was installed and the desk clerk handed me 2 weekly internet vouchers.
Still no problem with bringing back a girl. In fact, if you get back after 2 AM there most likely is no one to been seen or seen by. Lone desk clerk is always off surfing the internet, or taking a snooze. Not much of a security risk though, since there is only 1 way into the complex from Soi 19 and there are 2 guards 24 hours at the gate. Who salute me every time I go by whether walking or arriving in a taxi.
