... was just down Soi 81 at my daughter's showroom and see that the road is now paved... looking at the finished grade, I think this soi will not drain well... the new drainage pipes might take time to clog, but when they do, hope you are out of there.
... we went for a jolt of jet fuel at the little local coffee shop, just a few doors up from KV, to talk business and enjoyed watching the street scene passing just inches outside the window... a couple of Italians, arms waving and fired-up on afternoon espresso, and a Japanese guy quietly surfing the Internet were there.
... we walked down to the street market at the top of the soi, adjacent to the BTS station and across from Tesco, for dinner at the street stalls... super, SUPER phad thai vendor there is just killing!... (I've never waited 20 minutes for anything from a street stall... this was worth it)... nicely done banana roti for dessert... very colorful neighbor scene you might enjoy.
... as my daughter described, over the last 2 years it is quickly turning into a vibrant little community with it's own identity... the newly constructing condos are changing the character rapidly... think Sukhumvit Soi 22 without the bars and massage joints.

i past bua house many time its ok. have a look at "house by the pond 2". a bit closer from suk to 16 and 22.

I had to pay 1 month in advance at booking, then 2 months deposit upon moving in.
What I like about this location is that from the BTS you can walk it in 3-4 minutes or if you're lazy take a very short motorbike.
Most properties in Soi 22 and Soi 16 are just too far away from the BTS to walk.
