A little update
What can I say, looking for apartments on the internet is not easy, many places look good on the internet but in real live they look well lets just say not so good 
Had 6 Aparments I wanted to look at when I got here and all 6 I turn down, so had to stay longer in my hotel to find the right place, and after some days I found my new home
First my plan was to find a place to 15k, but found out quick that it will be hard with my standards so ended op paying 20k plus 500b internet and plus water and aircon, so maybe little under then 25k

On suk soi 22 about 6-7 min walking from the top of suk.
Have also now join a fitness, went to Sheraton to make a deal with them, 15k for 3 months and can also use there pool area bit expensive, but love there pool area and the gym is nice too.

While looking for a new apartment, I went through many online apartments. It seems that most of those are so small.
Happy to get 60m2 in a couple of weeks.
