For the places in Phnom Penh, I would suggest the following comments :
1. Manhattan (Holiday Hotel) : upper scale and more expensive (40 to 50$ for LT pick up). It is a much more chinese oriented place
2. Martini's : a real marketplace, much westerners oriented; cheaper prices (20 to 30$)
3. Sharky's : same as Martini

AlterEgo, FYI I have been living in Cambodia for many years and I am not Japanese. You were lucky to pay $10 for a LT... however, it might be another SARS consequence as Cambodia was hardly hit, like all Asia.
It is still possible to get a $10 LT, sure... but what do you have for this price ???? You can even have lower prices at K11, but K11 is a really f....g nasty place, a garbage dump that I would never recommend to anyone.

No offense meant BustyBoy.... While I don't pretend to know all there is to know about Cambodia, I have been there 3 times, and never paid more than $10.00 USD for L/T... and no, I've never been to Svay Pak K-11). I also seem to be able to obtain a short time (couple of days) girl friend as well. The Cambodian women are great!!

Just arrived yesterday evening from BKK & got a marvelous nite.
Stayed at the Cambodiana & decided to have a quick room service before calling the in-room massage. They now have a Chinese-style spa (you know, the 1 with Jacuzi, etc...) there (next to the pool) with a fishbowl (mainly Vietnamese & Chinese ladies).
Prices is 12 USD for 1 hour oily & 22 for 2 hours. Additional 10 USD / hour when in-room, will get precise price-list in another post. When I asked for my usual lady, she was busy so headed for another "new" 1.
Note that I only go for the local Khmer ladies (own principle) but I would recommend to not go for the Chinese as they apparently are from country side & have less education (1 use to split just next to my time... make me loose all will).
Back to my massage, a cute 22 years old girl came a started. Nice massage but after 45 minutes, she explained me that she's not used to Oily because she do TTM & request if possible to limit to 1 hour. Massage ended without anything special.
When other ladies will do everything possible to put you in a position so you need an extra, Khmer ladies are more "shy" & will do very little until you ask for it (I'm still not used to this).
So , she went back & I decided to have a TV evening when my usual massage lady called me (Spa reception informed her I called & she recognised me from the descirption of the other girl).
23:00, waiting for my second hour of massage but just plainly skipped it and all finished at 07:00. It is so curious the effect you could have on them when you just treat them as human being having sensibilities...
Total damage was 25 USD for the first hour, and 80 USD for the "second" hour (including 22 for the massage & 30 USD for the "Spa" fine)
Actually, price for the extra is about 30~40 USD within the massage time. Chinese ladies are more passive & Vietnamese are more hard negociators.
I would say a good place to know IF you are staying at the hotel. I heard there are some MP in PNH around the Martini. Now, as I'm lazy & dunno like surprise, I prefere sticking to 1 option & try others when not available.

You have many other smaller places (a lot along street 63) with may be cheaper prices but not so clean and less choice.
Usually Vietnamese Girls are much more pro-active and experienced. Indeed Khmers Girls are usually shy but have a great body (great ass in general). However, once a Khmer knows the job, it is much much much better as they are very sensual. If you find one, keep her !
Finally there was a Soapy Massage (Great World Massage KTV & Massage) but it seems that the place is closed now but I am not so sure.... there was a great selection of girls there...
Best time to go to these places : 5-6pm
