go to phnom penh and ask any moto driver. they get a comission for delivering you at the driving range, so they know where it is. 
i havent actually been at the driving range, so I cannot quote any prices. yes, there is the posibility to shoot on cows....

Go to Phenom Pehn- every driver and hotel will know where to take you. It is not cheap though. I saw some people shoot a chicken, and if you pay enough you can shoot a rocket launcher at a cow. Personally I think shooting animals for fun with machine guns or rockets is pretty sick. I shot an M-16 and my friend shot an Uzi I think it was about 40 dollars u.S. each. We just shot at targets.

Boy,it is correct you can shoot all of the above at the shooting range out side Phnom Penh.
Its an army base past the airport on the right hand side, around a hours drive from the center of Phnom Penh.
Its run by the special forces.
One round for the AK 47 or the M-16 will cost you $1.00 usd. Each has a 30 shot mag,so you will need $60.00 usd just for that.
They offer a menu for you to choose from,price and what you can use,take plenty of cash if you want to shot up a cow,not my cup of tea though.
Hope this helps,oh yeh they have a minder that stands at yourside with a pistol to make sure you dont do anything silly ie turning around with the rifle while you are on the range,be careful,lifes cheap overthere.

Thanks for the useful info.
Sorry to you animal lovers but my mind is already made up. A cow will be going to heaven on that day with holes in it the size of Big Macs, if not in several pieces.
If I don't kill the cow, then somebody else will. Its days are already numbered.

boy,
beware that the guns or whatever they give you to shoot on a cow are not well installed so that you will miss your target. you better take some practice shots before the cow comes into the game. I read that somewhere. I find shooting quite boring though.
