I cant believe everyone becomes a bunch of tree hugging, nature loving, do gooders when it comes to shooting a cow but they have no problem discussing the finer points of paying for sex or proper ball shaving. I am a pro-gun person myself, but I just do not find any sense killing a cow by blasting it to smithereens with various weapons.

But Boy, if do it from 500+ m distance,high-powered sniperrifle, head, one shot / one kill, it's a different game.

You wont ever hit the cow.
What they do if you decide to shoot for the cow instead of the cardboard tank is just adjust the pointer so you'll miss the cow by yards.

thats why you aim off your target and see where your shot falls. if your shot goes ten yards to the right of where you aimed, then when you shoot at the cow you should aim for ten yards to the left of the centre of the cows mass. if the cow is running at pace then switch to automatic and aim at a point just ahead of the cow. release a 'wall' of fire for the cow to run into. I wont be shooting any cows. I dont know if I would be doing a bad thing if I did. some people are being very self righteous about it, but what conditions are the cows being kept in before theyre shot? are the well fed and well treated? I doubt it.
shooting cows seems very boring and pointless to me. if at all possible find a range that is fitted with 'falling plates' where a small target will appear for a couple of secons and youll have to quickly releasr a round before it disappears again. try to beat your friends scores. ill do that. its much more fun that shooting a cow I think.

On a visit to Canada and the US I just could not believe the amount of equipment needed by the human species to kill a dumb animal and call it sport.
The use of hides 'in point' is just ambush, any dumb arse can sit and wait for a hungry, thirsty animal to walk along and then blow it's brains out.
Now if they were going to f-ck em that might be different, now I suppose this post will be deleted cos I mentioned having sex with them rather than killing em!!!!
