hello guys,
Do you guys know some mid-range or hight-end hotels in Phnom Penh which have in-oom safe. (i'm a bit scared to get robbed during the night by the girl i just brought in).
What about negotiating Monthly rates there. Anyone can give some help?
I'd like to know also some MP in Phnom Penh (location, prices, girls, services).

I just got back from my 2 week vacation in BKK-Cambo. While in Cambo, I've stayed in Pacific Hotel which is very near the Central Market.
The hotel is recently refurbished and the room is of ok size. Some room do have in-room safe while mine don't have one. So I have my important stuffs kept behind the reservation desk downstairs. No problem whatsoever.
As far as girls-security goes. Pacific is great because they will call you from downstairs to ask for your permission before they let the girl walk out of the hotel the next morning. This way, they make sure you're not being tied down and robbed by them 
Btw, I've paid only US$25/night for the Deluxe room. I think the published rate is like $35. If you have a longer stay, you could probably get a even better deal. So don't be afraid to negotiate.
I'll try to write more about the MP places tomorrow as I don't have the names with me now. Are you only interested in MPs? There are discos and Karokes joints in PNH with lots of sanuk possibilities

Regarding Pacific, i heard that not all the rooms have window, is that right? Are they closing the doors at night, as i think some hotels do?
Reagrding MP, i must say that i'm not fixed to that. I found some info regarding other bars like Sharky, Martini, Heart of Darkness, Circee, ... sounds like most of nightlife is around streets 130, 49 and 63. Did you try discos like Casa and Manhattan. ANy others?
Is it correct that Afternoon sanuk is merely located at Svay Pak. Nothing happening in downtown area?
Regarding motodop drivers, i was thinking to find one in front of the hotel, unless you have a good recommendation.

Yes, Pacific have the inside rooms that have no windows and a bit smaller. They give them to me for $20/night. Only stay in one for one night then I switch to the better one with the window.
No, they didn't close the front doors at night as they have 24 hours guard there.
As far as MP goes, there are many in town. Actually you just need to flip through the yellow pages, look under massages and there is a whole list of them. So far, I've only been to a few of them, namely Great World (No. 54-56-58. EO Street 139), Ta Ban Club (#32-36, Road 242, Sangkat Boeng Brolet) and Golden Spa, which is part of the Imperial Garden Hotel, next to the Naga boat casino. Golden is a fairly upscale joint with oil massage for 1 hour starting at $12! You can try to ask for a VIP card at the reception which entitles you to a 15% discount.
Sometimes, I just being lazy and ask for in-room delivery at Pacific. And I was pretty lucky as I got quite good gals on 2 occasions. Massage is only $5 + $20 for extra
Personally, I like Casa and Manhattan as they've some of the hottest FLs there. Don't go there until at least past midnight as they're dead quiet before that time. The open bid is $50, but most will settle for $40. You can try your luck to see if you can get even lower. Btw, Viet girls are a bit higher priced while the Khmers can be have for $35 or even lower. Oh, btw, both discos have some gals working for the mamasan upstairs (more in Casa), so their price will be less flexible, but $40 should be no problem.
The other hot disco-nightclub place in town is called U2. While I was there I don't see any FLs or mamasan figures in there. I only see singers after singers went on stage. But later people told me that I should check upstairs. You can give it a try and see if there is indeed sanuk actions upstairs. Let me know how it goes
Well, I've been to km11 once. Personally, I don't like the place and I don't like the girls. They're obviously look less healthy and of lower quality. And I suspect some of them are even underaged! For afternoon sanuk, km11 and massage joints are your best bet though.
Other than discos, bars and km11, you can give the local karokes a try. The hotter one in town right now are 99 and XO. You can easily find their info in yellow pages and most motodop drivers know how to get there. The girls there are quite hot, but could be getting pricey after drinks, room fees etc. I was told the take-out is $50, not sure if that's negotiable! One good thing about taking girls from karoke joints vs FLs is you know the mamasan and you know where they work. So the risk to you is much lower.
One other potential sanuk venue that I haven't have the chance to try out while I was there is the beer girl. There are lots of local khmer-chinese restaurants just across the Japanese friendship bridge and most of them have beer girls working in there. I was told its possible to take them out after their work (after 1am), provided you and the girls hit off pretty well. You probably need some local guys to come with you to help chit-chat and negotiate with the girls. Also that will make you look less standout as the only barang guy in there If it were me, I'll try to bring my motodop guy there for a late night snack.
Btw, I've this great motodop driver my whole time in PNH. He basically stationed right outside the Pacific hotel across the street all the time. I think he is very good, speak more than passable English and don't try to steer you to any particular joints in order to get kick-backs. You can give him a try. His name is Rithsan (011-942725)
Ok, there you have it. Go and have some fun and don't forget to write reports after your trip. I'm already planning to go back there some time next year

Manhattan (Holiday International Hotel) closed a few days ago, due to "Drug" problems (as per official version but who can believe it even if it were true that all kind of shit could be found there...).
U2 is one of the newest place but definitly not a place for westerners... only for the sons of high ranking officials which means no education at all, no respect for anything and big power.... If you go there, keep quiet if u do not want to get into trouble, even if you are drunk or upset....

Regarding MP and escorts, will i get the Yellow Page is my hotel room or other places to get it?
I'm quite wondering about afternoon sanuk as it might be boring after few days in PNH and i like to have a beer and some fun (like in Soi 7 biergarden in BKK for example). If i'm not into making the long way to K11, it look like that i have to go to MP or order room-delivery from yellow page. There are really not damn place to have a beer and see some girls, nothing at martini or walkabout?
Are the MP more safe about getting girls of legal age? Any MP to avoid as i prefer to stay out of troubles. For westerners, it's quite difficult sometimes to determinate the age of the girl.

Well, its hard to say. Everyone has their own standard of what beauty is. But personally, I still think the quality in Manhattan maybe a notch of half better.
As far as whether they're "cleaner", I doubt you can judge that from the look. Of course unless she looks like a real sick cat

Unless you stay in a dump, the hotel should have the Yellow Page handy
Remember, PNH is not BKK. There aren't such thing as biergarden that's humping day and night. The closest things to that in PNH are Sharkys and Martini. But they don't have actions during daytime. Walkabout is 24 hours operation but I don't see anything nice there during the prime time, so I'll doubt they have anything decent in the afternoon. And its way smaller scale and toned-down compared to what you find in BKK!
So, again MP would be your best bet for afternoon sanuk. Don't worry they're safe alright even for barangs. Btw, I would tend to think girls in MPs are of at least legal age. If in doubt, ask the papa or mamasan to be certain.
Depends on how much time you are planning to stay in PNH, I find its rather easy to chat up with regular girls, especially the Viets, and arrange for a date afterwards. Whether it'll turn into sanuk or not is up to your skills
Speaking of BKK, are you a long time resident there?

As for U2, I recently found out that one of my colleagues here whose uncle is one of the major shareholders there. Took a ride there with him and I was offered one of the best beauties in town.
