I have been to BKK many times know, but have never tried soi 33 ( maybe because I am too lazy to go that far ).
Does any one have any recommendations for any of the bars there ?
Someone told me the girls were very sexy ?

There are many bars on Soi 33, yes you find pretty girls there, actually just better dressed. However, the prices are generally higher. bar fines are in the region of 1,000B and in some cases higher. Have tried Renoir, they have a good selection there.

I particulary like Dali and also Renoir. A very nice laid back bar with a good layout is also Madame Claude which is nearly beside of Dali but about 50 meters off the street. Only a few girls there but always fun. If you want quantity Dali is best!
The barfine is between THB 1,000 - THB 1,500 varying on the bars. But be aware not all the girls will be available for barfining, in the better bars most of them are usually only after the drinks. The going rate is about THB 2,500 or even more.
Nevertheless different and more classy/stylish atmosphere than other bars in"FUNTOWN". Soi 33 is always worth a try for a bit of change. Most bars close at 01:00 am, so if one wasn't succesful there you can still try thermae, cowboy, clinton or gold old nana plaza!

I seem to have heard different rates on Soi 33. On two occasions I have heard 5,000 B. As for Nana Hotel disco, it is an interesting place, just the other day I had two in my room, and they didn't mind having the lights on. Lights, camera, action!

I agree with most of these comments. Definitley a cut above PP and Cowboy but MUCH more expensive (most Bfines 1,200 - 1,500). Also it is true that a lot of the best lookers will sit with you all nite chalking up the drinks but won't let you take them our bar fine or not!! Monets & Christies have best lookers but Monets can be a bit pushy on the drinks side.

If you want cheap beer, there is a place on Soi 33 called The Office Bar & Grill. Carlsberg is at 59 B all night, everyday. There are pretty girls there too.

I went to soi 33 last night Renoir. What a joke talk about being skinned alive. one hour of chating and a few drinks and B4,000 went out the door. The girls were cute but at these prices we may as well be un the US with girls who at least you can have a decent conversation with.
I can not understand why people go there. Then again its like owning a Ferarri gets you to the same place as a Toyota but you spend a lot more and if money means nothing to you then go to Soi 33. but there are better ways to spend your money in the LOS...

What the hell did you do in there? It is also one of my favourites but I never managed to spent that amount in about an hour. Impossible unless you invete every girl in the bar to wine or champagne! Best thing to do in SOi 33 is buying a bottle of Gin or Whiskey and keep it at the bar so every time you come you will not have to buy drinks any more. The girls know you are regular are more chatty anyway and you can still give them one or two drinks each but that puts you usually on not more than THB 1000,-.
Anyway the best strategy for most of the girls in Soi 33 is get to know them as most of them will go with you for a freebie as long as they know you long enough and of course like you! Going there and barfining doesn't lead you nowwhere in many cases!

I agree with Griffin, they must have seen you coming!! £4000 - wow!! Wish I had that much money!! Seriously though the girls in Soi 33 are usually great fun but don't expect an easy lay - many will not go at all and those that do tend to be choosy, try Christies, IMHO, if you want the best lookers but DON'T play the Mamasan at pool (usually for 2,000 - 6,000 a game) unless you're really "hot"!!!!

I did an extensive search of Soi 33, and recieved conflicting information. Is there any one club in particular where most/all the girls can be barfined for more than a dinner companion?
Are the clubs more like Piano where the girls have to get to know you first?
