"Sitting" on the top floor of the busiest gogo bar in Soi Cowboy, ordering the cheapest single drink, not wanting any girl sitting with either of you, not wanting another drink after obviously being thirsty, and then complaining that the staff were being rude because neither of you had any intention of spending more money right before the topless part of the evening starts, are you real?
True, the server could have been more polite in asking you to leave your seats, but she "was" correct in making it clear your "seated" business was not needed, or wanted, in the busiest gogo on Soi Cowboy.
It is not correct thinking on your part to assume they should have left you alone because you "might" have spent more money later. Seating at that particular gogo is at a premium, and the courtious thing for you to do was to spend your evening there standing up, as you had no intention of spending more money, or talking to any of the girls, to justify occupying a seat for any length of time.
They need the seats for the mass of customers they get that "do" spend money, and that "do" want to talk to the girls. They have no shortage of real paying customers on any night, on any day of the year.
You had no intention when you two went into that gogo of bar fining, or buying more than one drink, and should have automatically stood up after finishing your drinks, making room for those that were there to talk with the girls. That would have been the proper thing to do, then you would not have been treated the way you were. You stand up there, and they do leave you alone, except for politely asking if you need another drink occasionally, and you can see the stage very well.
You have to understand that in the busiest gogo on Soi Cowboy your type of business is not needed, although they could have been nicer in asking you to give up your seat to real paying customers.
You are wrong in thinking they should have left you alone, and seated right before one of the stage highlights of the evening, on the assumption you might have spent more money. They are not fools, they knew exactly the type of customers you were, and how much you would spend real quick.
Don't have such an aversion to being asked to give up your seats to those wanting to spend money, and talk with the girls at the busiest gogo on Soi Cowboy. You are not special at that gogo, contrary to your way of thinking, and should not need an explanation.

madfrog, I have observed this as well. There are people who just like to be contrary. Maybe it feeds their ego to be that way, or maybe they just like throwing rocks in chicken coups to watch the show, or maybe they are just retarded. However, well-considered disagreement is often interesting and insightful.
