That said, there are *additionally* a lot of other factors that make the stay pleasant and enjoyable, including the food, the low cost of everything, the relative high-tech infrastructure, the (imo) pleasant climate, etc...
Thailand has the women, but imo everything else works together to create the perfect storm (so to speak) to make it one of the best destinations.

You've received a lot of good information in this thread. BK - too bad you don't have sticky posts, as this one might qualify.
As to lamb - good lamb (with the possible odd exception of a really good imported steak) is about the most expensive meat you can buy in Thailand. There is only one place that I know that does a good lamb dinner. It is an Italian-like restaurant on Sukhumvit at Soi 12. If I recall right, if you are at Soi 15 and take the walkway flyover you then turn right and walk as if towards Soi 4 (Nana). You will pass a small shopping center where Sunrise Taco and others are. Soon thereafter you will find this restaurant.
Most dishes are in the 200-400bt range. Leg of lamb (sorry, no rack of lamb) is about 850bt. It is a hugh meal! My Thai wife always orders it, since she loves lamb. I order something else - then we take the remainder of the lamb with us. Still makes me 2 more meals.
If my directions are confusing you can ask Dr Love or Koolbreez. Both of them live there, and I'm sure they know the restaurant I am talking about.

PS - the (very good IMOH) reason people suggest skipping the beef in Thailand is because you can get much better back home. Local Thai beef is pretty bad. Imported beef is anywhere from bad to pretty good - but at very expensive prices. Thais don't eat much beef - they go more for fish, seafood, chicken and pork. And rice, lots of rice.

Not to rain on anyones parade but I think communication is going to be a big obstacle to overcome. I am an english speaker and I have a hard time communicating with the girls.
This guy being deaf and mute needs a wingman to help. Also his being big(obese) doesnt help any. I see him needing to flash a lot of cash early to get what he wants. Cash solves a lot of problems.
I seriously dont think writing notes is going to be of any help. If girls cant speak english do you think they can read and write it.
One thing that needs to be stressed is op better be very careful walking around. Its hard enough with all your senses to get around safely. So much action all over bangkok.

I think writing should be fine. Not to hold an indepth conversation but to get across basic information. these girls can all text in English so they can clearly understand basic written english.
I have had great times with farm fresh girls who speak no English. Lets face facts non of us there for the scintillating conversation.

Wow, lots of nice feedback again. And to think I originally was afraid the site was too dead to get sufficient feedback when I first signed up.
Daffy, ThaiA and DrLove, thanks for the advice about the cards, I will chat with DrLove when I see him and see if he thinks it's still a needed idea once he sees me in action... Or, in INACTION.
Kool, thanks for the comment about the vendor probably being willing to give me individual fruits instead of a whole package. I might simply walk up and ask for one of everything the vendor sells, since it's all an experience I am just wanting to try out. And, MAN what a great help you were, listing almost step by step how to get to MBK... *do you work for them or something??? Grin* I appreciate the major effort you put in that post. And yes I have been going to the Thaifriendly site, and while initially I had three gals contact me, including one that was drop dead gorgeous (but in Tokyo...), nothing since I replied to them. The site has LOTS of women, but there's really nothing to remove bad fits other than age, so I haven't written to anyone on my own, being overwhelmed by 500 pages of pictures which include many who can't write English at all. (*Just want to mention that I am COMPLETELY aware that Thailand's language is THAI, not English, and that every person who speaks any English is awesome, since I can't even speak French, the language I tried to learn back in high school. I am not one of those asshole American who thinks they all should be speaking English because "U.S.A is number 1!!!" )
Retired (and if I ever retired myself in the U.S., Lake Tahoe is exactly where I would want to go), thank you for the info on the Lamb. I very rarely get Lamb (my family actually refuses to eat Lamb, which is weird since it wasn't a religious thing) and it's a great vacation meal so to speak since I only having it like once every three or four years. Mr. bkkz, please read the end of this post as Retired reminded me about "trip reports" and I have an important question, thanks.
Snoop, while technically incorrect about me being mute (I do speak, apparently "great!" for a deaf person if what little old women that have said that to me many times are truthful), does address my concern about communication rather spot on. But we'll see I guess, and even if I don't get a GFE experience because of communication, I still get the pipe cleaned. And the food should be great.
bkkz, thanks for cleaning up the thread a bit, I will be printing it and carrying it with me on the plane since I need something to read for 21 hours. haha. You just fixed a lot of crap out. 8^)
Lobster, thanks for the vote of confidence, I will be carrying around a large note pad the entire time I am there and will at least try and write with them. 8^)
Dirty Guru, thank you for the advice. All four tips seem very good. However, how SAFE is the in room safe itself? I read a thread about some guy who's safe failed to open, and he had to get the hotel folks to open it, and they have a simple key that opens it right up. So, what's stopping them from robbing your cash? I expect to bring a shit load of cash, actually, so this is a worry point. But, yeah, don't mention it's my first trip, don't give out any information, and... Don't fall in love. Can't promise on that last one, but it's fine, I will go back to D.C. and never hear from them again. 8^)
Thanks, everyone, for the help. 22 days until start of trip. Anyone have advice as to a good place to go for Breakfast in New York City? I have to take a bus from D.C. to New York, and the damn thing arrives at 4:30 AM, and the plane takes off at 11 AM... I have time for a breakfast. Grin.

If you are writing a very detailed description of your session, it would be advisable to leave out their name, you could write N***** for example or use a nickname like IsaanHottie, etc. If you are not going into details of your session then go ahead and mention who you had and just a simple mention of service quality and attitude is sufficient. This board doesn't allow photo uploading, so you may have to use other hosting services and link to them.

If bringing a shitload of cash, bring Travelers Checks. Otherwise, keep it in your bank and use an ATM card. To be safe, open a new account just for traveling that you move the money you need into, on a per need basis, that the ATM card has access to.
