I'm surprised that (so far as I can see) nobody has mentioned what for me was the main reason for using soapies, that being what Stickman referred to as the soapy slip and slide where the girl would put an air mattress on the floor, cover it and herself in suds and then give you a full body massage. It really is a very erotic and pleasant experience. However, I don't know of many places that do it now.
Having said that I've not been to a soapy since the pound tanked in 2008. They are now expensive and the all too common associated hassles of greedy unpleasant papasans and girls nagging for excessive tips whilst giving piss poor service have meant that I have tended to focus on the oily parlours. But if anybody knows of an establishment that still does the slip and slide I'd be grateful to know about it.
