Sorry. can't help you out on the prices. Cant' read Japanese. It looks like more of these places are g-clubs. Where the female sits down with you and you buy her drinks.
If you look at the prices for the liquer, it's not that bad. 1000 baht or $25 for black lable. I think that about the going rate in any other g-club, like Pegasus or Chateau Blanc.
